NOT A 5 star hotel. its a 3 star hotel at most. rooms are not clean. cockroaches and insects everywhere in rooms, halls, etc. you cannot walk barefoot in your own room. Beds are not comfortable and pillows aswell. Food is not 5 star. Food is very cantine 3 star hotel ish at max. Service is good. people are friendly and enough employees that want to help you. its just the physical facilities that are old so the service dosen‘t make up for that. But workers are nice and helpful where they can. Gym inside is very good, a lot of machines and space. but the lockers and sauna and showers are also very dirty.

I really don't know why people complain about this hotel. I went recently with my 12yr old son and could not fault it. Food was plentiful and always had something to eat, even for a fussy eater like mine. Rooms were cleaned daily and bottled water replaced everyday. Arrived late and some food had been left in room for us, with a few drinks in the fridge. Plenty of fun to be had in the pool and at the water park. Short walk to the nearest beach. Staff are lovely and very approachable. The only downside was not much in way of evening entertainment but tbh this didn't bother us as we were quite happy to either go for an evening walk or just chill on the balcony which was really roomy and also cleaned daily. All in all a great holiday.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The food was absolutely delicious. Every meal felt like a small experience, with a great balance of flavors and quality. The staff deserves special appreciation. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. This place has a lovely atmosphere, where everything comes together — comfort, care, and aesthetics. I would definitel love to come back again.

We stayed for a week on the all inclusive package and overall found it to be great value. The food was excellent every day, fresh and varied, and the pastry chef’s desserts were a real highlight. The staff, once the room issue was sorted were friendly. The room itself was comfortable and clean, but quite dated, and the overall feel of the hotel is more like a good 3 star rather than a true 5 star. The first room we were given was the wrong one, but it was resolved the next morning by a helpful staff member. The WiFi was the weakest part of the stay. I had a few remote work days and the connection was so unreliable that I had to use my mobile hotspot instead. Anyone who needs solid internet should keep this in mind. The location worked well for us because we had a hire car, but it is outside the main town area and not very walkable. With a car, reaching beaches, restaurants, and activities is easy. Overall, once we dropped our expectations of a true 5 star, we enjoyed our stay. The food was fantastic and the staff were lovely. With better WiFi, fresher decor, and a more luxurious feel, the hotel has the potential to match the five star label it advertises.
