We stayed for a week on the all inclusive package and overall found it to be great value. The food was excellent every day, fresh and varied, and the pastry chef’s desserts were a real highlight. The staff, once the room issue was sorted were friendly. The room itself was comfortable and clean, but quite dated, and the overall feel of the hotel is more like a good 3 star rather than a true 5 star. The first room we were given was the wrong one, but it was resolved the next morning by a helpful staff member. The WiFi was the weakest part of the stay. I had a few remote work days and the connection was so unreliable that I had to use my mobile hotspot instead. Anyone who needs solid internet should keep this in mind. The location worked well for us because we had a hire car, but it is outside the main town area and not very walkable. With a car, reaching beaches, restaurants, and activities is easy. Overall, once we dropped our expectations of a true 5 star, we enjoyed our stay. The food was fantastic and the staff were lovely. With better WiFi, fresher decor, and a more luxurious feel, the hotel has the potential to match the five star label it advertises.

Beautiful hotel. Room a good size with everything you need. Cleaned every day. Buffet food had a great choice and plenty, normal buffet temperature. Outdoor pool is not heated but the indoor pool is. Staff friendly, drinks local but decent quality. We really enjoyed our stay here. November the temperature was 21 to 27. 45 mins walk to harbour along the coast or 2 euros on the bus. Lots of sightseeing.

Excellent hotel, staff extremely helpful. Reception staff go above & beyond to take care of your needs. The massage therapist, VIRGINIA, gives you an excellent & well being, all round worth while experience. Very healing hands, would recommend Virginia to anyone who needs relaxation & pain relief & to chill out. Very affordable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations of a five-star property. The room we received was far below the standard one would anticipate at this level. The bathroom had black mold in the corners, and the ventilation system was not functioning at all. Additionally, the balcony area was extremely noisy due to five large air-conditioning units operating directly outside, making it difficult to relax. When I attempted to address these concerns at the reception, I was met with an unprofessional response. A staff member named Angela told me that if I did not like the room, I was free to take the hotel to court. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one that claims to offer premium service. Another disappointment was the condition of the poolside mattresses, which were noticeably dirty and in need of replacement or proper cleaning. To be fair, the hotel does have some positive aspects. The food was genuinely delicious, and the pool area itself was very pleasant. Overall, despite a few strengths, the negative aspects of my stay significantly overshadowed the positives.

I visited this spa and was very impressed! The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, and the music helps you fully switch off and unwind. I had a full body massage, and the 70 minutes passed so quickly. A special thank you to my therapist, Anna — she is very pleasant, attentive, and gentle. I left feeling refreshed and calm. I will definitely come back!
