We had an overall wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Pui and Nikki at the front desk—they were exceptionally sweet, friendly, and always happy to help. They made our stay so comfortable, helped us book our ferry to Koh Phangan, and even arranged transportation for us. Their hospitality truly went above and beyond. The hotel was also in a fantastic location and was spotless throughout our stay. We will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing stay at OZO Chaweng Samui. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spotless, the location is perfect, and the breakfast is excellent. A very special thank you to AL, Annie, and Namaueng. They made our stay truly memorable with their warm smiles, kindness, and exceptional service. They were always happy to help and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality are a real credit to the hotel. Had the best stay at Ozo Chaweng Samui. Will definitely be back in the near future. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The amenities are great and the pool and view is phenomenal. Highly recommend for all ages. A special thank you to our favourite bartenders Billy and Dum. They were very friendly, their service was excellent and we loved talking to them during our stay whenever we were by the pool. Best place to stay on the island without a doubt!

⸻ I had an absolutely wonderful stay at OZO Chaweng Samui. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless and welcoming. The location is perfect—right on Chaweng Beach, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and nightlife, yet the resort itself feels peaceful and relaxing. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and stepping directly onto the beach was a highlight of my trip. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept incredibly well every night. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, and the beachfront setting made it even more special. Breakfast had a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, OZO Chaweng Samui offers fantastic value, combining comfort, great service, and an unbeatable location. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Samui.

Our first trip to Thailand started perfectly here in Koh Samui. We stayed as a group of 5 and loved that our two rooms were set up on the same floor. The hotel features a beautiful pool and a fantastic beach right on its doorstep. The absolute highlight of our stay was the wonderful and friendly staff who helped us with everything.
