We would like to give a special thank you to Niki. She was absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. Always smiling, always helpful, and always making us feel welcome. What impressed us most was that she remembered our names and was so kind and caring toward my son. She always took the time to greet him and make him smile, which meant a lot to us . Nikki is a true asset to the hotel. We would be very happy to return to OZO in the future, and Niki is definitely one of the reasons why. Thank you, Niki, for making our stay even more special.

Our stay at OZO Chaweng Hotel in Koh Samui was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. The location right on the beautiful Chaweng Beach is perfect. The hotel is modern and very clean, and the breakfast was also good. The pool area is a real highlight – clean, well-maintained, and ideal for relaxing. Especially great: the hotel is very child-friendly, so families can feel completely comfortable here. A special thank you to Ti-Cha – she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly made our stay even more special. We felt completely at ease and would love to come back!

⸻ I had an absolutely wonderful stay at OZO Chaweng Samui. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless and welcoming. The location is perfect—right on Chaweng Beach, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and nightlife, yet the resort itself feels peaceful and relaxing. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and stepping directly onto the beach was a highlight of my trip. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept incredibly well every night. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, and the beachfront setting made it even more special. Breakfast had a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, OZO Chaweng Samui offers fantastic value, combining comfort, great service, and an unbeatable location. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Samui.

The King Beachfront room was lovely and clean, and while the setup is basic, it was very comfortable for my trip. The only minor downside was the lack of Netflix on the TV. ​What makes this hotel special is the people. Everyone is so smiley and helpful. Beem, Koy, and Wee were absolute stars—they let me stay in my room until 2:00 PM (free of charge!) so I didn't have to wait at the airport for my 6:00 PM flight. ​The beach bar staff are also amazing and keep the vibe so lively, and the cleaning ladies did a great job every single day. If you’re worried about mosquitoes, just ask the front desk for the electric repellent (500 THB deposit). Everything else was perfect. Thank you!

It’s wonderful to see familiar faces who remember their guests and provide such a personal touch. ​If you are looking for a blend of modern vibes, a perfect beachfront location, and top-tier service, Ozo is the place to be. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
