As soon as we arrived and checked in, we were warmly welcomed by Molly and K. Sanook. Their hospitality immediately made us feel comfortable at home. The service was beyond words — warm, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. They also gave us many great recommendations for places to visit and delicious food around Samui. We were truly impressed and not disappointed at all. Already looking forward to our next trip and staying at ibis Samui again!❤️

I had a very pleasant stay at ibis Samui Bophut. The hotel offers excellent value for money and is a great choice for budget-conscious travelers. The staff were friendly, the property was clean and well maintained, and the beachfront location was fantastic. The pools, breakfast, and overall atmosphere made the stay enjoyable. The only downside was that the rooms felt a bit small, especially if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage. However, considering the affordable price and good facilities, it was not a major issue. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in Koh Samui.

Great service, Toto was particularly attentive and knowledgeable. Food was excellent, room comfortable and the pool area was a highlight of our stay. Also a special shout out to the amazing Thai massage I had and gym facilities that i used daily. Thank you!

Great hotel very family and dog friendly. Plenty for the children to do with pool table , table tennis , child pool with slide, borrow games and books, internet is good and pc stations for your use. Buffet breakfast is excellent value and plenty choice with an egg and noodle station for your fresh omlette etc. Staff are very helpful and friendly, if you have any queries or missing a towel or something else after room has been cleaned they rectify immediately. Great Location for restaurants, Fishermans village, Phench Butcha stadium, International stadium (both Chaweng), The Elephant Sanctuary and lots more. Highly recommend a stay here if visiting Bophut or nearby. My wife requested a deep tissue massage at the hotel , which was situated at the beach front . Was very good and highly recommend 🙏

We were booked in here for 7 days and left on the 2nd day. The tour operator was kind enough to refund us. Firstly we booked a sea view room, to arrive in our room with a letter informing us they will conduct construction and the view will be blocked. No communication at reception. Then we started our day with a towel collection to go out for the day since the adult pool- which we required since we don’t have kids- and booked this resort cause it had an adult pool - was blocked off by construction- were frowned upon. Can’t leave with towels. Worst breakfast ever. No cheese, no bacon. Smallest room- didn’t bother me, but to really not even have cupboard space is a bit of a concern to us that has been traveling for 30 days. No noise, no smoking allowed. The amount we spent in 2 days traveling from the hotel with taxis was almost more than my food. This hotel and the corridors made me feel like I am staying at a hospital or retirement village. Wouldn’t recommend. Blocked shower drain and aircon doesn’t drop below 24°.
