As soon as we arrived and checked in, we were warmly welcomed by Molly and K. Sanook. Their hospitality immediately made us feel comfortable at home. The service was beyond words — warm, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. They also gave us many great recommendations for places to visit and delicious food around Samui. We were truly impressed and not disappointed at all. Already looking forward to our next trip and staying at ibis Samui again!❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent stay at Ibis and couldn't be happier with our experience. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and offered great value. The biggest highlight was the outstanding service. Every member of the front desk team was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and were happy to assist with every question and request. A special thank you also goes to the entire hotel staff. Housekeeping, the restaurant team, and all other employees were courteous, hardworking, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. Their dedication to excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. Thank you to the entire Ibis team for your hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

The hotel is great, with excellent value for money and a really impressive breakfast. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping team does an excellent job. So why did I give it only 3 stars? Because I was required to write a review in order to receive one of the hotel’s services, which I found very strange and inappropriate. Without this issue, my overall impression of the hotel would have been much more positive.

Great service, Toto was particularly attentive and knowledgeable. Food was excellent, room comfortable and the pool area was a highlight of our stay. Also a special shout out to the amazing Thai massage I had and gym facilities that i used daily. Thank you!

Great hotel very family and dog friendly. Plenty for the children to do with pool table , table tennis , child pool with slide, borrow games and books, internet is good and pc stations for your use. Buffet breakfast is excellent value and plenty choice with an egg and noodle station for your fresh omlette etc. Staff are very helpful and friendly, if you have any queries or missing a towel or something else after room has been cleaned they rectify immediately. Great Location for restaurants, Fishermans village, Phench Butcha stadium, International stadium (both Chaweng), The Elephant Sanctuary and lots more. Highly recommend a stay here if visiting Bophut or nearby. My wife requested a deep tissue massage at the hotel , which was situated at the beach front . Was very good and highly recommend 🙏
