The hotel is not renovated, the rooms are very old, the beds are very uncomfortable. I am allergic to dust, the first night I arrived, I arrived towards evening, the room was full of dust. I got a severe allergy. There was no one to clean the room because they said that there were no cleaners at such an hour, there was an old man at the reception who did not understand English. In short, if you are allergic to dust. Stay away from this place. Even the day after they came to clean, I had to tell them where because they simply do not know how to clean. Sometimes there is a smell of sewage from the bathroom regardless. Lots of stairs, no elevator. Very stingy. At the entrance they took my passport as a deposit. I arrived to book a room here and they told me there was no room. When I went to Booking, I found a room. It was not possible to book through them, only through Booking. When I got here, I had to wait at least 20 minutes at the entrance because they told me I had to wait until a room became available. In the end, I just booked through the Booking website. Bad customer service. The ceiling above the showers in my room was like a window with holes (probably for ventilation, I don't know) and while I was showering, people were actually physically up there doing renovations. The funniest thing is that their prices are high. And they are not willing to make any discounts. They only take cash, not interested in credit. The price is definitely not worth the place! The only thing I can say that I really liked about this place is that the location is relatively close to the central market and a few other bars and shops. By the way, if you decide you want to enter the hotel by walk, and it rains right before you do, the entire entrance to the hotel is broken, which causes a pool to there and you can't go inside without getting completely wet.

The room was not good. Most of things in this hotel are old and not well maintained. While at first we enjoyed the grand look of the lobby and the nice architecture, we would have preferred a well functioning comfortable room. The bathroom was always wet, as there was a small leakage somewhere at the bath tub or toilet. The beds were rather hard. At first, we did not have warm water - this was fixed once we told them. The AC was fine, the room was large, the staff was friendly. The pool area was also OK, but no services like pool towels or showers. The hotel location is close to the landmark night market. I would not recommend this hotel. Pay 10€ more and get a well maintained hotel.

My partner and I stayed here and the hotel is amazing! It’s designed like a temple and surrounded by nature. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, the rooms are spotless and spacious, and there are three large swimming pools. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and there’s a lovely night market only 5–6 minutes on foot. The manager also gave us great tips for the next stops on our trip through Thailand The hotel has everything you could need, we truly recommend staying in this little palace. You won’t regret it, and we hope to come back soon!

My stay at MW Krabi Beach Resort was excellent. The customer service and hotel management were warm and attentive, the room was very clean, and the location was ideal for exploring Krabi. I’ll gladly return on my next visit!

This was the cheapest hotel we could find in Krabi and still should be much cheaper than what we paid. Upon check-in the staff are very rude and not friendly, you also have to pay 3000 baht deposit for the key which i’ve never seen it this high before but luckily we had some extra cash. On the first night we got to our room and there was a rat in the toilet, it was very capable of climbing out so we had to close the lid and call reception. I went to the phone and realised it wasn’t working, why? Because someone had snipped the cable in half. Very weird. So i walked the long distance to the reception and it took a very long time for the man to understand me even after translating. He came to the room and laughed and said he’d see what he could do, then showed me a room even further away to move into. It was a room with 3 tiny single beds. I’m not fussed about the type of hotel rooms but I feel as though I should’ve been offered an upgrade? The pool was dirty and not clear, needs cleaning. It really looks like they wanted to build a big fancy resort but gave up halfway, that’s the only way I could explain it. There is no bar at the hotel but they sell some beers in a fridge at the reception. The only good thing about the location is it’s nearby the landmark night market. there is loud music and noise late at night though. If you’re budget travelling like we were then it’s the cheapest hotel in the area, but you’re better off getting a hostel in my opinion :) They never apologised for the rat or broken phone btw.
