Booked a garden view but it was just a view of the parking lot. Upgraded to a mountain view and it was much nicer. Staff were nice and accommodating. However, when we got to our room, the connecting doors were unlocked on both sides. The guests in the other room werent in our party. Also the walls are super thin, we can hear our neighbors conversations. Especially their alarm clocks

We stayed in this resort (rather I would call this a hotel) for 2 days . A 5 mins ride from Ao nang , this hotel is located in a peaceful surrounding. This is the most positive point about the hotel. The most negative point about this hotel is the bathroom lavks proper drainage of water . Throughout our stay we had a messy washroom with a floor full of water. I have found other reviews as well mentioning the same issue, seems like the management never took those seriously . However they take smoking very seriously and does not even allow guests to smoke in the balcony. Well, i understand the room should be non-smoking , but a non smoking balcony doesnt make sense . You have to always bring yourself out of the hotel to smoke a cigarette. Breakfast was very mediocre, room service was done during our stay , no complaints on that . Pool view is great if you are opting for those rooms . Overall not great neither too bad .

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and originally chose it because the reviews seemed quite decent and promising. Unfortunately, my experience was very different from what I expected. From the moment I arrived, I didn’t feel comfortable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel just didn’t give me a good feeling. The hallway looked quite strange and uninviting, which already set a negative tone. In my room, I noticed that parts of the bed sheets were not clean, which is a big issue for me. Cleanliness should really be a basic standard. Another major problem was the connecting door to the neighboring room. It was very poorly insulated, and I could hear everything from next door. The guests had their TV on all night, and even normal conversations were clearly audible. Because of this, I was not able to sleep properly during my stay. The breakfast was also disappointing and quite difficult to enjoy, as the selection and quality didn’t meet expectations. On a positive note, I have to say that the entrance area of the hotel looked very nice and welcoming. I also liked the dining area itself in terms of design and atmosphere, even though the breakfast experience wasn’t good. Overall, I would rate this hotel 2 out of 5 stars. It has some nice aspects, but there are definitely important areas that need improvement.

A nice hotel overall with a great setting and handy parking on-site — which is a bonus if you're exploring the area by car. The main drawback for us was the food, as nothing on offer was halal, so Muslim travellers will want to keep that in mind before booking. The hotel itself is pleasant and well-maintained, just plan your meals around it.

My stay at this hotel was just okay. Firstly, the rooms are very basic and so small that there’s barely any space for luggage. The view outside the balcony is gorgeous and definitely makes up for the room. But there are barely any amenities and parts of the room felt dated. My room wasn’t cleaned most days simply because housekeeping would come at like 3-5pm which is when I am usually in the room. It would help if housekeeping could clean rooms earlier like in every other resort. Secondly, the breakfast was terrible. There was barely any selection. Every product felt cheap and artificial, even the pastries and juice (which tasted like gasoline). The smell of the restaurant was nauseating and it really put me off. Also, no one ever made up the tables so you had to fend for cutlery yourself. The hotel really has to improve the service and quality of breakfast. I knew beforehand that the hotel is quite far from the beach (20-25 minute walk) but it did end up being a bigger inconvenience than I thought, having to either 1. Reserve the tiny shuttle at least an hour in advance, or 2. Having to walk 20-25 minutes through the town in 35C heat. The pool was tiny compared to pictures. It did end up being nice but keep this in mind if you stay here. The sunbed area is small although obtaining sunbeds wasn’t an issue. Also, I understand that Krabi is more focused on relaxation, however some quiet chill music by the pool (or even the restaurant) would add some atmosphere. On a positive note, the front office staff (receptionists, luggage porters, concierge) were lovely and helpful, and always greeted you. The lobby is also quite nice though some ambience (like music or scent) leaves much to be desired. My stay in this hotel has kind of put me off staying in other Centara resorts as I booked this because of the brand. I really expected more, especially as I specifically chose this hotel despite the cheaper price. This hotel has so much potential given the beautiful surroundings.
