I stayed at Mövenpick Jumeirah Beach for two nights and had a really lovely experience. The location is great, the hotel has a lot of amenities, and overall it was just a very comfortable stay. What stood out the most, though, was the service. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. A special thank you to Eunice, Head of Food & Beverage, and Sara from the Marketing team. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again. Hello, I wanted to sincerely thank Juliah and Oumeyma for their incredible welcome at the start of our stay. They provided a personalized welcome, and despite our online booking, Juliah went above and beyond to meet our needs. We were given a room with a magnificent sea view. Juliah was very attentive in taking our information, and when she realized it was my birthday, she arranged a special gift delivered to my room, courtesy of the hotel. Once settled in and enjoying the clean and safe outdoor pool, we opted for half-board. We then met the restaurant manager. I would like to commend Nadia and her team for the variety of the buffet. I highly recommend the pasta, which is cooked to order with your choice of ingredients. Thank you to the waitress Zin for her smile and efficiency. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It is ideally located, clean, and every staff member, day and night, is efficient and helpful.

I visited on 22nd May for a 2 night stay with my 14 and 11 year old boys. The staff are generally very warm and professional. Isabella at the front desk accorded us an upgrade to our surprise and ofcourse excitement. Our check out was delayed until 1800hrs which allowed us to relax on the last day. One of the best experiences in terms of flexibility. They even refunded our breakfast deposit since we did not wake up on time on both days. We shall definitely return soon.

We recently booked the mini staycation package at Mövenpick Jumeirah Beach and had a wonderful experience. As per the package, we received early check-in, late check-out and a sea-view room upgrade; which made our stay more enjoyable. The pool and kids play area were good; both the dinner and breakfast buffets offered a wide varieties. Our kids especially enjoyed the stay, food and had a great time throughout. However, there were two minor disappointments during our stay. We did not receive the welcome amenity that was included in our package and there was no Chocolate Hour available, which was something our kids were particularly looking forward to. Aside from these points, everything else was fantastic and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would happily recommend this hotel for a family staycation and look forward to visiting again.
