We had a wonderful stay at Vinpearl Resort. The cable car ride was free as we were staying at the resort. There was a speed boat option (also free if u r a guest) to go to the island. The island had everything we needed. Very clear water . Soft sand Lots of water sports. Scuba diving training area. Entertainment, food, amusement park. Loved our stay. Hotel staff were very professional and soft spoken. Different cuisine available. No shortage of food. They also had the option of all inclusive meals. Definitely worth a visit.

Excellent experience, facilities are to the highest standard. Very attentive and friendly staff meeting our every need. Buffet breakfast has an extensive selection of high food and drinks. I lost one of my AirPods in my room after checking out already. We called them to see if they found them and was informed that there was already new guest in our room and no lost AirPods was reported and they would try to find after the guest has left. Out of nowhere, we received a call yesterday from the resort saying that they found them and they would arrange for a delivery of the missing AirPod to family member in Ho Chi Minh City. They went beyond my service expectations and make my day. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants to experience Nha Trang Vinpearlland to the fullest.

I stayed at Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang during the summer holiday. The resort has a beautiful location and the staff were friendly, helpful. However, due to the peak season, the number of guests was very high, so many services required waiting for around 10–15 minutes. In addition, the rooms appear to be quite old and their condition has declined compared to what I expected. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but improvements in room maintenance and service capacity during busy periods would enhance the guest experience

Stayed here for 2 nights and had a few funny little “adventures” during my stay. I booked a king size bed but got a twin bed instead, accidentally turned off the electricity while trying to switch off the ceiling fan using the chain, and even had my key card suddenly stop working. But honestly, all those situations were handled very well, politely, and patiently by Ms. Gia Nhu and Mr. Shu Thuan. Both of them were incredibly helpful and professional throughout my stay. Keep up the great work! This 5-star review is actually dedicated to both of them ⭐️ Overall, the hotel itself is excellent. Great experience and absolutely no complaints about the food!

This resort is absolutely amazing. Everything from the organization of transport to the island down to the service in the restaurants and bars. Every single person is friendly and helpful. We loved our time here so much that we decided to extend our stay as well. I highly recommend you come here for any type of vacation. They have extensive facilities for children and families as well as plenty of options for romantic evenings. I will be back to Vinpearl Resort without a doubt. I'm a customer for life 🙂 all the restaurants on the resort are also delicious. We tried the set menu for Valentine's day at the Chinese restaurant and we were blown away by the quality of food and the quality of service. Once again everybody went above and beyond. Thank you Vinpearl!
