All are really good, tidy beach-view bedroom, nice breakfast and lunch, fancy pools and nice service. There are also some entertainment room, gym, yoga and cooking classes. The only minus is the pool table is too old and dirty, old cues, there are 4 cues but just only 1 is usable. With a pool lover like me, that is a minus. Hope they fix it soon. Overall food, room and service is 10/10, entertainment - gym available, special is gym cuz it open 24/24, nice beach view, including private beach. Lots of mall, shopping centre and market nearby. There is also a pub on 25th floor, u must be 18 to go up.

Absolutely fantastic hotel staff. I’m a titanium elite Marriott status room was upgraded with view of the beach unobstructed from all the rooms even the toilet had floor to ceiling glass views it is right across from the beach. Celia and Jolie, in executive lounge are fabulous, so is other staff one evening. I missed my share of small slice of black forest cake at the buffet. The next day they specially made a portion for me.

Absolutely perfect stay. The staff was hands-down the best I’ve experienced at any hotel. They genuinely got to know us, talked with us about our trip, and shared great recommendations for places to eat in the city. Ana and Jane were awesome as well as the lounge attendants. They went above and beyond by making special vegetarian dishes for us throughout our stay and even prepared a 6am to-go breakfast bag with all our favorite foods. Truly memorable hospitality.

Stayed for 3 nights. During our stay, Nha Trang experienced a once in 50 years flooding event, but the Sheraton staff continued to serve us & all others without missing a beat. Checkin was great with manager Maya upgrading us to the Junior suite which was a pleasant & grateful gesture. The suite had 2 balconies with beautiful views of Nha Trang beach. The suite was very clean, and full of luxury accommodations like a separate bedroom, 2 enormous TVs, 2 bathrooms & a giant soaking tub. Internet was fast as well. We mainly ate at the Feast and the many variety of Viet food was delicious & authentic. My favorite was the Pho station staffed by Bình who was always friendly & willing to accommodate. Our always smiling waitress Hanni was also fantastic,always able to seat us near the window with a gorgeous view of the beach & checking up on us many times. It was very appreciative & made us feel like royalty. All together, our stay was fantastic given the weather thanks to the wonderful & friendly staff. Oh and the gym was top notch as well with state of the art Life Fitness equipment & staffed to keep everything wiped down as soon as someone finished using the equipment. I enjoyed the free bananas at the gym giving me a quick boost of energy before & after each 1-hr session on the elliptical. Will definitely be returning to the Sheraton next time with sunny weather. Thank you to the staff for an unforgettable time during a bad flood to the city. 👏🏻👍🏻💯

We stayed at the Sheraton Nha Trang and overall had a very good experience. The hotel is well located, the facilities are modern and well maintained, and the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Public areas, dining options, and service quality all met expectations for a Sheraton property. The only downside was the noise level in the executive suite bedroom: the balcony door appeared to be single-pane and not well insulated, allowing significant street noise through at night, making sleep difficult even with good earplugs. Overall, an excellent hotel with one notable comfort issue.
