A+. 5 stars especially to Ms Thao at the Lotus Restaurant. Family friendly resort. Impeccable customer service. Clean and Modern Amenities that conforms to western standards. The management team and the employees at VinPearl at the Nha Trang resort all earned their stripes. The excellent service at this resort should be the gold standard for other resorts and my family and I will now use our experience at VinPearl as a baseline to compare other future resorts. Everyone here are so genuinely polite and friendly.

I stayed at Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang during the summer holiday. The resort has a beautiful location and the staff were friendly, helpful. However, due to the peak season, the number of guests was very high, so many services required waiting for around 10–15 minutes. In addition, the rooms appear to be quite old and their condition has declined compared to what I expected. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but improvements in room maintenance and service capacity during busy periods would enhance the guest experience

It is a beautiful resort with wonderful staff and luxurious restaurants. Lots of choices for dining to fit all budget. The accommodation is really good. We had a private bowling session which was wonderful. Gotta mentioned the fine dining Chinese restaurant. One of the best I've had. Thank you for the memorable getaway

I would expect a lot more from a hotel with 5 stars and 4.9 ratings. I wonder why such a highly rated hotel could not assist their guests with proper clean room and great service. We stayed here for 3 nights and we noticed that the only place they focus on cleaning guests' rooms is the bathroom. Other than that the rest of the room remains dusty. The public pool's water should be crystal clear to ensure hygiene for everyone but it's blurry and dusty. I would not recommend staying here if you want to go to Vinwonder.

Such a good place to stay! The only time I put 4 star on the room is because we didn't stay in the ocean view. But.. all in all we had such a good time! Great for family. It's like Disney/Wonderland at night. The theme park Vin Wonders was great! There's zoo, Underwater world, water park all inside. The facility was clean, free Sauna and free gym with perks! The swimming pool is amazing! We will come back again. If I were you, new comers?! Come! It's so beautiful. ❤️✨️🥰 Better than what you see in the videos.
