We recently stayed in The Level at Meliá Ibiza (July 2026) and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has many strengths, but there are also a few areas where improvements would make the experience even better. Pros The location is excellent, with beautiful sea views and easy walking access to Santa Eulària, the marina, and the local ferry. The adults-only concept creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Our balcony was spacious and the sun loungers were a lovely touch. The Level Lounge was a good size and offered complimentary drinks and fresh fruit throughout the day, which we appreciated. Having a separate entrance for The Level guests made arrival and departure feel more exclusive. The restaurant staff were excellent, especially Pablo, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and service-minded. The breakfast food was consistently fresh and of good quality. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and had a pleasant atmosphere throughout. The evening turndown service, including extra bottled water and fresh towels when required, was a thoughtful touch. The location made it easy to explore the town without needing a car. Cons There is only one small lift and no accessible staircase for guests, resulting in long waiting times, particularly during busy periods. The separate Level pool was disappointing compared with other Meliá Level properties. Despite being reserved for Level guests, there is no complimentary beverage service, with all drinks needing to be purchased separately. The snack selection in the Level Lounge was much more limited than we have experienced at other Meliá Level hotels. One of our biggest disappointments was that the hotel, and particularly the outdoor breakfast terrace used by The Level Lounge, allowed smoking. As non-smokers, we were often unable to enjoy breakfast or drinks outside because cigarette smoke was so prevalent. For a premium wellness-oriented experience, we believe a smoke-free terrace would be a significant improvement. On one occasion we were surprised to find a piece of polystyrene in a salad served at the bar. While this appeared to be an isolated incident, it was concerning. We would also have appreciated a wider range of vegetarian dishes across both the restaurants and the bar menu. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and The Level offers a peaceful atmosphere in a fantastic location with excellent staff. However, a few improvements, particularly regarding the lift, smoking policy, Level benefits at the pool, and a more generous lounge offering would make the experience much more consistent with what we have come to expect from The Level brand.

Just returned from a week at the Melia Ibiza and loved it so much that we're planning to return in October. Great location, both in relation to the coast and beaches and to the town centre of Santa Eularia (an easy 15-minute walk away). We stayed in The Level and all aspects of the amenities and service were exceptional. All the staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our holiday (thank you Martin, Nicole and Carla, in particular). Our room was upgraded (first ever! Thank you, Belen!) and was huge and luxurious, as well as being right in the centre of all the amenities. We had booked bed and breakfast and the breakfast offered a wide choice of tasty pre-prepared and freshly cooked food, but the lounge in the Level also offered a range of drinks, nibbles and tapas from 5 pm, so, if we had been content to stay in the hotel, we could have survived quite happily on what they provided. We ate in the rooftop restaurant one night. Limited menu options, but my red snapper was very tasty and my wife's steak was very good. Otherwise we ate in Santa Eularia because it was an easy walk in and out. We also took advantage of the wonderful yoga class every morning. Yoga in the sunshine, looking out over the sea, with the waves and the birds providing the soundtrack, was surreal, bordering on the mystical.

We have been staying at Meliá Ibiza since last Saturday and are checking out tomorrow, and all I can say is that we have had an absolutely wonderful holiday. The hotel is beautiful. The décor is stylish and modern, the views are breathtaking, and the location is perfect. It is peaceful and quiet, yet still close enough to easily reach the busier parts of the island when you want a bit more atmosphere. There is also a bus stop just a few minutes' walk away at the Palau de Congressos, with a direct connection to the airport, which is very convenient. We stayed in a Junior Suite with a sea view, and it was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. As an adults-only hotel, it offers a wonderfully relaxed and peaceful atmosphere throughout. The pool area is beautifully maintained and a fantastic place to unwind, and having food and drinks served by the pool is a lovely touch. What really made our stay special was the staff. Every single person we met was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Maky, the barman, Maria from Front of House, Pablo, the Restaurant Manager, and Patricia at Reception. They were all exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everyone was wonderful, but these four deserve a special mention for their outstanding service. We were especially impressed on our first night. Our flight was delayed, meaning we missed dinner, so we called ahead to let the hotel know we would be arriving late. The team kindly offered to leave sandwiches and salad in our room, and after arriving well after midnight, it was such a thoughtful gesture to find food waiting for us. It was very much appreciated and a great example of the excellent hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. Another bonus is the free parking directly outside the hotel. There are around 10–15 spaces available, and if you're lucky enough to get one, it's free. There is also plenty of free street parking nearby. The only small suggestion I would make is regarding the music around the pool area. Sometimes it is so quiet that you can barely hear it, which can make the atmosphere feel a little flat. A slightly higher volume and perhaps a more upbeat playlist could really enhance what is already a fantastic pool experience. Overall, we have had an amazing stay and would happily return. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the staff are truly outstanding. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable. P.S. If you visit, you absolutely have to try the "Maky Mojito" 🤤. They are dangerously good I completely lost count of how many I had! 😂 Stay hydrated- have a Maky Mojito 😁

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **An Unforgettable Stay at Meliá Ibiza\!** From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, our stay at **Meliá Ibiza** was absolutely exceptional\. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located, with breathtaking sea views and an atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed from the very first minute\. The **pool area** is stunning—peaceful, luxurious, and impeccably maintained\. Spending the day by the pool with the excellent food and drinks from the pool restaurant was one of the highlights of our holiday\. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and served with genuine hospitality\. What truly makes this hotel special, however, is its incredible staff\. A very special thank you goes to **Nibal**, the security guard, who was one of the kindest and most welcoming people we met during our stay\. He always greeted us with a smile, made us feel safe, and genuinely cared about every guest\. His professionalism and warmth left a lasting impression\. I would also like to sincerely thank **Alex, Ana, and Paula** at reception\. They were always friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful, making every interaction effortless\. Their professionalism and positive attitude made us feel valued and at home throughout our stay\. A big thank you as well to **Pablo**, the waiter, whose outstanding service, friendliness, and attention to detail made every meal even more enjoyable\. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience\. It’s rare to find a hotel where every member of the team is so dedicated to creating unforgettable memories for their guests\. Thanks to all of them, our holiday exceeded every expectation\. The hotel was great. A lovely premium experience. The staff were great especially Claudia, Pedro and a young lady who's been working there for less than a year, who gave me the best service, this had made my stay even more enjoyable. The chef's dinner service was amazing. The rooms are nice, modern and somewhere you can relax. The pools are amazing especially the 5th-floor rooftop pool. 2nd time staying and I will be there again next year.
