I had a wonderful time staying at THB ocean beach. Firstly I was greeted with a warm welcome by Lucia at reception, what a lovely lady. She was very helpful to me and my friends and had great people skills. The hotel is ideally located right next to Ocean Beach which was perfect for our trip. The room was nice and the drinks by the pool were lovely too

Great experience at this hotel! The welcome is very warm, the team is professional and always ready to answer any questions. The room is exactly like in the pictures, nothing to complain about. A big thank you to Pepa for her support throughout my stay, it was truly appreciated. I highly recommend! I will definitely come back for my next vacation in Ibiza

**Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay and even received a **free upgrade to a junior suite** along with a **promotional discount on breakfast** – a great way to start the trip! **Location:** Perfectly located right next to **Ocean Beach Club** (O Beach) and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Just a short 10-minute walk to **San Antonio Old Town** – ideal for both relaxation and nightlife. **Staff:** The **staff were absolutely amazing** – warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Special thanks to the **lovely ladies at reception** and the **restaurant team** for their excellent service. Truly couldn’t speak more highly of their customer care – it made a big difference to our stay. **Food:** The **breakfast was delicious** – definitely worth including in your booking. A great variety and quality. **Facilities:** The **pool area** is nice, but do note that you’ll hear music from Ocean Beach Club nearby – not necessarily a downside if you're into that vibe. They offer a **50% discount on entry** to the club, but **only if you arrive early**. However, I found out that if you book directly through the **THB Hotels website**, you get **free entry** – which didn’t feel entirely fair for other guests.

The hotel is well-located (by the sea) and at the end of the promenade, which is quieter than being in the center for the noise etc. This is nice. It is quite new so it is well maintained, the rooms are ok but quite "simple". I had a big terrace facing the street. The staff at the front desk and restaurant is nice.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Ibiza and had a positive experience. The room was quite spacious, featuring both a bedroom and a living area that could comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. I particularly enjoyed the two terraces, which offered stunning views of the seaside and the open-air day club. The room was well-equipped with two TVs, a safe, fridge, hairdryer, and an ironing board available upon request. However, the room did show signs of wear and tear and is in need of updating, particularly the shower room, which could benefit from improvements. I also found the cleaning, especially in the shower, to be subpar, which led me to deduct one star from my overall rating. On a more positive note, I opted for the half-board option, and the food in the restaurant was absolutely immaculate. Everything I tried was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The staff at both the reception and the restaurant were friendly and extremely helpful, with the restaurant team being particularly attentive and welcoming. The hotel atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, even with the day club next door. Music played from the club between 1pm and 11pm, but this didn’t bother me at all—in fact, I quite enjoyed it. Overall, a lovely stay!
