I had a wonderful time staying at THB ocean beach. Firstly I was greeted with a warm welcome by Lucia at reception, what a lovely lady. She was very helpful to me and my friends and had great people skills. The hotel is ideally located right next to Ocean Beach which was perfect for our trip. The room was nice and the drinks by the pool were lovely too

Great experience at this hotel! The welcome is very warm, the team is professional and always ready to answer any questions. The room is exactly like in the pictures, nothing to complain about. Such a great welcome immediately we enter the Reception without Booking from Mrs. Pepa & Mrs. Lucia! Recomendation about Breakfast & Massage etc. was also super friendly! But the highlight: ALWAYS SMILING and a good mood 😅

**Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay and even received a **free upgrade to a junior suite** along with a **promotional discount on breakfast** – a great way to start the trip! **Location:** Perfectly located right next to **Ocean Beach Club** (O Beach) and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Just a short 10-minute walk to **San Antonio Old Town** – ideal for both relaxation and nightlife. **Staff:** The **staff were absolutely amazing** – warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Special thanks to the **lovely ladies at reception** and the **restaurant team** for their excellent service. Truly couldn’t speak more highly of their customer care – it made a big difference to our stay. **Food:** The **breakfast was delicious** – definitely worth including in your booking. A great variety and quality. **Facilities:** The **pool area** is nice, but do note that you’ll hear music from Ocean Beach Club nearby – not necessarily a downside if you're into that vibe. They offer a **50% discount on entry** to the club, but **only if you arrive early**. However, I found out that if you book directly through the **THB Hotels website**, you get **free entry** – which didn’t feel entirely fair for other guests.
