This is a good value hotel in a great location. Our room was very clean on arrival and well serviced daily. Reception staff were always pleasant and helpful. We stayed b&b and breakfast was great with plenty of choice. The staff work very hard in keeping the restaurant clean and tidy. The only slight negative would be the pool area gets very busy, there could be more sunbeds. Generally people do think of others & remove towels once they are no longer in use. Lots of nice restaurants, bars & shops very close by. I would have no hesitation in recommending & would visit again

I booked my stay here for my birthday trip a month in advance in the comfort room and was disappointed to get a room on the 1st floor with no view of the pool/beach whatsoever - we were literally overlooking a dirty roof and the main entrance of the hotel so we couldn't really sit on the balcony without an audience from outside. In my opinion, this place did not meet a 4-star hotel standards so it was definitely not value for money. When I asked for a room change, I was told there were no options and it seems 90% of their comfort rooms are on the 1st floor so I have no idea why its advertised with a view of the pool etc. Might I also add that we requested a double bed and got two twin beds... which they made into a double bed by using double bed sheets (but only on our last night). It made such a difference and I wish they would have just welcomed us like that instead of having to make multiple trips to the reception so that our stay could be more enjoyable. There's also nothing "all-inclusive" about their all-inclusive option. The only thing you're really getting is buffet food at set times for each meal of the day and I guess if you're not into alcohol you'll enjoy unlimited drinks at the bar. The location was fine, it was near the beach and other hotels/restaurants/shops etc. so there's definitely a sense of community. The food was also quite good for the amount they are preparing - fresh fruits, quality meat and fish and a decent variety. Overall, I would not stay here again, it lacks maintenance and they need to improve on customer service. People travel long and far to get there so it's not nice to walk away disappointed.

Very Disappointing Experience – Significant Maintenance and Housekeeping Issues We stayed at Leonardo Royal Hotel Ibiza Santa Eulalia from 26 May to 1 June 2026 as a family of two adults and one child. The location of the hotel is excellent and the beachfront setting is undoubtedly one of its strongest attributes. Unfortunately, our overall experience was significantly undermined by a number of issues which remained unresolved throughout our stay. From the outset, the bathroom basin repeatedly blocked. Maintenance attended and initially cleared the blockage using a plunger, however the problem returned shortly afterwards and continued throughout the holiday. The basin repeatedly filled with discoloured brown water containing debris and sediment and there were persistent unpleasant drainage odours within the bathroom. The room safe was also inoperable. Housekeeping standards were disappointing. On one occasion housekeeping removed our towels but failed to replace them. Throughout the stay there were repeated occasions when the room was not serviced despite requests being made. Waste bins were also left unemptied for extended periods. The most disappointing aspect of the stay was the handling of our concerns. When the issues were raised with the Duty Manager, rather than focusing on resolving the problems, the discussion became unnecessarily confrontational. This left us feeling that our concerns were not being taken seriously. To be fair, the hotel itself occupies a good location and some members of staff were polite and helpful. However, recurring maintenance failures, poor housekeeping and the management response ultimately led us to make the decision to leave the hotel and relocate to alternative accommodation before the end of our holiday. We rarely make formal complaints and understand that issues can arise in any hotel. However, for a property marketed at this level, we expected considerably better standards of maintenance, housekeeping and customer care. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not return.

Great location, easy access to buses, boats and taxis. Food and drink was average all inclusive, staff friendly and hard working. Rooms are small but beds very comfortable and a mini fridge. Are only complaint was the sun-beds, not enough of them for size of hotel. It was also like going back 20 years with people getting up at sunrise to reserve sunbeds! In the entire holiday we never got one.

There's something insulting and cynical in the way this hotel claims four stars. Its biggest success is how many people it crams into the space, while not providing enough, deck chairs and tables, whilst serving highly processed food on shabby and worn furniture. If your idea of breakfast is sausages and overcooked bacon this is the place for you. Dinner is bland and the salad bar consists of colourful decoration from a can. I paid extra for sea view and can see mostly the roof of the hotel below. The room itself is clean(ish) but worn, and the pillows and beds are old. The bathroom is worn and a bit grubby and the tub in my room is rusty. The staff, for the most part, are decent and friendly. There's also a delightful restaurant on a nearby beach, Cala Nova. As for, Hotel Leonardo, I won't return and will always feel somewhat cheated by the experience. It baffles me how positive some of the other reviews are. Perhaps the other guests are not well travelled, perhaps the reviews are fake, or, given the shoddy and intermittent Internet access at hotel Leonardo, perhaps the guests just gave up trying to post their reviews. When I spoke to Gaby at reception she was most unhelpful about the Internet request, even after explaining I needed to take a work call. All in all, Hotel Leonardo is a disappointing hotel.
