A fantastic hotel in a great location. Very well designed, modern and stylish rooms. Big comfortable beds and a spacious shower. The rooftop bar is beautiful with a great view across the city and of the Alcazaba. An evening drink before dinner is a great way to start the evening. Breakfast was very nice with a good variety of food, all well prepared and presented. But the best feature was the service. Exceptional customer service from the front desk, concierge, restaurant servers, barman, and cleaners. They made our stay very special.

The hotel was new and beautiful and clean. It's right near the city center so very convenient to all the destinations. My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights between Lisbon and Barcelona. Rooms were spacious and well-appointed. I particularly loved the walk-in closets and dressing area!

We had the pleasure of staying at ME Málaga during our recent trip around Spain and really enjoyed it. We have stayed at other ME by Meliá properties before and this one holds up, with strong design, attention to detail, and consistently high quality hospitality. The location is excellent, just steps from Picasso Museum Málaga, Plaza de la Merced, and Picasso’s birthplace, which made it easy to explore and get around. Service stood out. Claudia, Alejandro, and Jorge were thoughtful and helpful throughout, and housekeeping was very responsive. We called for towels and a quick refresh and they arrived within minutes. The room was well equipped, with a comfortable bed, sofa, TV, and good counter space, and there was plenty of water available. The bathroom featured a large shower with strong water pressure and a great his and hers sink setup. We also did the included breakfast, which was very good, and it was a great touch that it is served on the rooftop, with beautiful views of the Alcazaba of Málaga and Málaga Cathedral. The rooftop itself is a strong highlight, with great drinks and a great overall setting. Overall, a really well executed stay. Would definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at ME Málaga by Meliá. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our visit. A special mention to David from the front-of-house team, who made our stay memorable with his warm welcome, help with our bags and parking, and thoughtful attention throughout. The hotel is stylish and modern, with a stunning rooftop pool offering great views across Málaga. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, though slightly better lighting would be a small improvement. The location is excellent, with Málaga’s Old Town just a short walk away.

This was hands down some of the best service we have ever received at a hotel, even better than many other 5 star hotels. The staff were so kind and accomodating, especially Claudia. But everyone is as lovely. From the moment you walk through the doors you feel welcomed. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The rooftop bar and restaurant was a great place to spend some downtime. My only critique is that the restaurant opened a little late for us. At 8pm after a long day of sightseeing it was a little late. Maybe if they could open at 7pm even. I know Spanish people eat late, but as an Australian it was a little too late for us. But for many I’m sure this wouldn’t be an issue and there were plenty of restaurants in walking distance.
