We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lujo Hotel Bodrum. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect — the beautiful property, outstanding service, delicious food, and attention to every detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to make our stay special. In particular, Ms. Julide made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable. Her kindness, warmth, and exceptional attention to detail truly made our experience even more special. The atmosphere was luxurious yet relaxing, and every experience exceeded our expectations. We are absolutely thrilled with this hotel. The service, the way guests are treated, and the professionalism of the entire team are truly exceptional. Everything is always very customer-oriented, reliable, and organized to the highest standard. This is already our second stay, and we have recommended the hotel to several friends. We truly love this hotel and would be very happy to come back. Overall, our stay had both positive and disappointing aspects. The hotel is located in a beautiful area, away from the city, with stunning views. The beach is clean, the sea is lovely, and the sunbeds are very comfortable and new. The patisserie is excellent, offering a great variety of desserts and ice cream and the staff member working there was always polite and welcoming. The waiters throughout the hotel work very hard and deserve recognition for their effort. We also appreciated the complimentary transportation provided by the hotel. A special thank you to Murat, who genuinely tried to make our stay more comfortable. We also enjoyed the Sympho Royale performances—the singers were talented, and the song selection was excellent. Orkun’s gym classes were another highlight of our stay. I am glad that there was small Adults only beach. However, there were several areas that were disappointing. I felt like around 90% of the guests were Russian and families, so the atmosphere felt very much like too much family-oriented hotel. This may be perfect for some guests, but it is something future visitors should be aware of. There also seemed to be a lack of clear information about the hotel, and on several occasions we received inaccurate or misleading information from staff. Some facilities were not functioning properly, such as the bathroom speakers and certain lights. The television offered very few English-language channels, which could easily be improved for international guests. The biggest issue was the noise. Every night from around 11:00 p.m. until approximately 2:00 a.m., extremely loud music from the nightclub could be heard inside our room. The soundproofing is clearly inadequate, and it was impossible to sleep properly. This was very disappointing and significantly affected our overall experience. The minibar was also below expectations. It was quite limited and, throughout our stay, it was never replenished. Finally, food service was much slower than expected. Even just breakfast could take around 30 minutes to be served, which is far too long.

The selection of dishes was exceptional, everything was incredibly delicious, fresh, and prepared to the highest standards. Every meal was a real pleasure. It was such a wonderful and heartwarming surprise that she remembered us from our previous visit and welcomed us with such genuine warmth and kindness. It is these thoughtful, personal touches that transform a great vacation into an exceptional one and take the level of hospitality to something truly extraordinary. Thanks to people like Gulmaral, you don't feel like just another guest—you feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for. The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning—beautifully maintained, lush, and surrounded by breathtaking views with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.
