We had a very disappointing experience at the hotel’s spa. We purchased a couples massage advertised as 55 minutes, but the massages lasted only around 40 minutes. When we raised this with the spa manager, İbrahim, and asked for a refund for the service we did not receive, the situation was handled very poorly. Rather than simply acknowledging the issue and offering a reasonable solution, he dismissed our complaint and suggested that we were making an issue out of “five minutes.” It was actually around 15 minutes. He later called us after we had left and admitted that he had spoken with the staff and that they had ended the massages earlier than they were supposed to. However, instead of offering a refund for the missing time, he offered two complimentary massage sessions, which we declined as we did not want to return. The issue is not about the money. It is about receiving the service we paid for and how a legitimate complaint was handled afterwards. The hotel itself is not the subject of this review — our experience with the SPA and its management is. If you are staying at the hotel and considering using the spa, I would personally be very cautious. İbrahim may be a nice person, but based on our experience, he seriously needs to improve how he handles customer complaints and manages the spa.

We stayed at Kadikale Resort for 7 days and 6 nights, and overall the experience was good, though there were a few things I would improve. When we arrived, reception gave us a room overlooking the garbage containers, even though we had booked a garden view. When we raised the issue, the girl working at reception was arrogant and told us we had to sort it out ourselves with the agency we booked through. We contacted the agency, which then spoke with the front desk manager, and in the end they changed our room to the one we had actually booked. Still, there was not a single apology for the situation. Since our flight was at midnight, we requested a late check-out and were charged 50 euros for it, a price I found quite high. On top of that, they only gave us the card payment receipt and no official invoice for the service, so we had no way to verify that it truly cost 50 euros. The food was okay, but nothing impressive, especially for a 5-star hotel. The waiters in the restaurant were polite and attentive. However, the service at the snack bar was scandalous. The staff would act as if they didn't see you when it was time to take your order, perhaps because they were hoping you would leave a tip. The environment was nice and clean. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed regularly. The animation team was fantastic — Mike, Tito, Pipo, Mario and the others (sorry I don't remember all the names). The activities were well organized and the staff were very friendly. Overall, everything was fine. The main things I would change are the arrogant attitude of the reception staff and the poor service at the snack bar.

It's out last day at Kadikale and I can say we had a lovely stay here. The room was quite big and it was cleaned everyday. The good was great, bit repetitive but there was a variety so I'm sure everyone will find something good. The service was awesome and people were really friendly and helpful. I do recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

First time in Turkey, went with my wife and parents. Great time well spent, stuff were amazing (best I ever experienced!), everyone so nice and friendly. Amazing drinks, delicious food, really helpful on the stay (my mom twisted ankle unfortunately). Definitely gonna go back and can fully recommend.

A beautiful place with plenty of sun loungers and good food; the rooms have air conditioning. The service is excellent at first, but if you stop tipping, they start treating you as if you don't exist.
