Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. One thing that could be improved is the rule about not allowing guests to bring their own drinks or snacks to the pool. The lifeguard enforces this rule, but it doesn’t seem to be applied consistently, which feels like a double standard. The same applies to the checks at the sauna. On the positive side, inflatables, balls, and air mattresses are allowed in the pool, and the lifeguard is not overly strict about those, which is appreciated. If the hotel wants to enforce the “no outside food or drinks” policy, it would help if the prices at the pool bar were a bit more reasonable. Overall, a good hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff, but the rules should be enforced consistently.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Breakfast and dinner had really good selections. Pool bar had a nice selection too. Rooms were comfy. Staff was amazing and no matter how busy they were always friendly. Pool was good and plenty of chairs available

I was totally impressed by the amenities, the hospitality of the staff, the proximity to city center, and 850m from a free eV charger from Melib are all positive additions. Our half board was totally adorable. The spread during dinner and breakfast was fabulous

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at JS PortoColom Suites and couldn't recommend it more. If you want an exceptionally clean, modern, and genuinely relaxing getaway on Mallorca’s beautiful east coast, this place delivers on every level (wellness spa is included too!)

This has been a lovely stay great for a nice week away food is amazing staff are very fast and Paula is a very good employee very kind and quick all staff are kind, pool is very nice and I really enjoyed the stay and really recommend the caves of drach.
