We stayed there from 01.05-08.05.2026 - The team at IKOS Kissamos has created something truly exceptional. From the moment you arrive, it is clear that every detail of this resort has been thoughtfully designed. The property is impressively large, beautifully built, and blends luxury, comfort, and elegance in a way that feels both exclusive and welcoming. Every corner of the resort reflects outstanding quality and attention to detail. The culinary experience is simply amazing. Every restaurant offers exceptional food, outstanding variety, and presentation of the highest standard. Each meal felt like a special experience, and the quality consistently exceeded our expectations. What made our stay even more memorable was the extraordinary dedication of Alvaro Reviriego, Deputy Head of Rooms. His personal commitment, professionalism, and genuine care for guests are truly remarkable. We had a fantastic experience at Ikos Kissamos with our family. This was our first Ikos resort and we highly recommend it especially for families! The rooms were new and clean and we really liked the modern aesthetic. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating to a level that really exceeded expectations. Manos, the manager at Kriti was fantastic and he went above and beyond to make our experience even more special! Andreas, the manager at the Beach Club was also really helpful and accommodating. The girls at the kids club, particularly Eri, Ioanna and Kiriaki were also really helpful and took really good care of our child. Thank you again for this wonderful experience.

We had the best time at this resort. First time at an ikos resort and a little nervous given some of the reviews about new hotel teething issues but hand on heart it was near perfect. We chose this brand because of the availability of vegan and vegetarian food at every restaurant. I’ve not come across another place quite as accessible for dietary choices. Every member of staff we interacted with was kind and helpful. The rooms are high quality and spacious. The grounds are clean and the resort is beautiful. A great setting. I’d say it was better than some of the resorts I’ve visited in the Caribbean, Middle East and Indian Ocean and a lot closer to home! Food and drinks on tap and no cheap brands. Everything from the brands of alcohol to the quality of food is top quality. Slow service at the pool and at the main breakfast buffet for coffee. Lots of little kids even outside of school holidays so if you want something more peaceful then consider the deluxe / adult only parts although note you will encounter family vibes at all the restaurants. We had a couple of issues regarding the food but I was particularly impressed about how the hotel was proactive in trying to resolve the issues and left us with a feeling of being heard and taking our feedback seriously to continuously improve their service. Loved our time at the resort and will definitely go back. Thank you to the whole team at ikos kissamos for making this a memorable trip.

Last week, I visited this beautiful hotel together with my sister and grandparents. Given its recent opening, we were quite curious, but our experience turned out to be truly unforgettable. The location, right on the bay of Kissamos, is absolutely fantastic. Furthermore, an incredible amount of effort and attention to detail went into the design and luxurious finish of both the hotel and the surrounding gardens. The gym, just to name one example, is an absolute gem. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food in both the à la carte restaurants and the buffet restaurant, although the buffet could have offered a bit more variety. Finally, the service was outstandingly friendly. A huge shout-out to Embla, Nina, Stella, Achilleas, Victoria, Ioneia, Kaloyan, Dimitris, and Alexandros! The only downside was the limited separation between adult-only areas and families with children, which was noticeable in both the restaurants and around the swimming pools.

Our stay at Ikos Kissamos was a dream from beginning to end. The thing that stood out the most to us was the staff - Every single person that we encountered met us with a smile on their face and with such a joyous/positive attitude that was infectious. Every staff member will treat you as a VIP and ensure that you are cared for and provided for at all times. Specifically, Eduardo went above and beyond for us to ensure that our time there was as special as possible. Shortly behind the staff, we were impressed each day with the food at the resort restaurants, which were Michelin star quality, as well as the constant availability of food throughout the day (food trucks, beach/pool service, etc.). The resort has two bars, both of which provided entertainment each night which was always a mix of relaxing, fun and exciting. Each night was something different and provided us something to look forward to each and every day. The beach and pool areas were clean, relaxing and were accompanied with great views of the mountains and sunsets. Lastly, being able to utilize the resort cars to explore the island provided us an opportunity to see various different sites throughout the island and enjoy a winery tour. We found this to be a great accommodation and the staff member handling the car service provided us with great recommendations to spend our time outside the resort. We will be sure to staying at Ikos again and were extremely sad when our time there came to an end, which is the best sign of a great stay! We could not recommend Ikos Kissamos enough for anyone visiting Greece!
