Fantastic hotel, fantastic food. We had the best experience in the KBR3 Respiro restaurant, Spiros looked after us incredibly, the hospitality shown was exceptional. Italian night was particularly spectacular, the four cheese pasta and the stone baked pizza were beautiful. Props to the Culinary Director, Nikolas Stavrakakis, who provided top tier food day after day. We were lucky enough to grab a spot on a cooking class with him on Thursday morning, provided free to guests, we laughed the whole time and got to make and eat fresh stuffed vine leaves with tzatziki and bruschetta along with plenty of wine on the fabulous rooftop bar terrace. What an experience!

This resort is huge has plenty of rooms options our room has sea view and 2 level of sleeping rooms. The rooms need to be renovated it’s old enough. The A/C capacity is not enough for the room size. The food is average nothing wow . Pool is nice . The beach is normal and clean. The kids activity is great. Parking lot is spacious

We had a wonderful stay at Kiani Beach Resort and our overall experience was excellent. I would especially like to thank the hostess, Christina, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Her professionalism and warm attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. We had dinner at the KBR2 Restaurant and everything was delicious. The savoury dishes were particularly outstanding, full of flavour and beautifully prepared. The desserts were also excellent and the perfect way to end our meal.

We had an amazing stay at Kiani Beach! Everything was excellent — the hotel, the restaurants, the atmosphere, and especially the service. A huge thank you to Spiros, the manager from KBR3 restaurant, truly professional, friendly, and always helpful. The food was delicious, the staff were wonderful, and the whole experience was top top top! We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone visiting . Honestly I love this hotel because there are 3 restaurants so you may choose from many options. I also love Kiani Beach because it’s next to the beach and the animation team especially Alexandra, are so cool and are nice with me when I see them . I my mum bought me a new shirt which the animation team wear . I have it in yellow and the day where I was going to go back home , they matched with me! 10/10

We stayed at Kiani Beach Resort for a bachelorette trip, and I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The team made us feel so welcome from the very beginning. They were always smiling, incredibly friendly, and genuinely cared that we were having the best possible time. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to help with anything we needed. Their positive energy made such a difference and really added to our experience. One of the most thoughtful moments was when they surprised us with a beautiful gift bag for the bride-to-be. It was such a kind gesture that made our bachelorette celebration even more special and showed how much they care about their guests. The food, drinks, entertainment, and facilities were all fantastic, and the atmosphere throughout the resort was warm, welcoming, and fun. We made memories that will last a lifetime thanks to the amazing people who work here. A very special thank you goes to Fotini, Kristina, Emanuel, Aimen, and the absolute best bartenders Arpan, Bijay, and Sahil. These incredible staff members truly deserve recognition (and a raise!). They went above and beyond every single day, always greeting us with huge smiles, making us laugh, remembering our favourite drinks, and making sure we were happy from morning until night. They are a huge credit to Kiani Beach Resort. Thank you to everyone at Kiani Beach Resort for making our bachelorette trip so memorable. We arrived as guests and left feeling like family. We can’t wait to come back, and we’ll be recommending this resort to everyone we know!
