The resort is by far the best one in which we have stayed in our entire travel history. The family pool view room was very spacious and had quite a nice view indeed from the balcony. The food is something incredible! We have spent most of our lunches at the KBR3 restaurant because of the feel and quieter atmosphere of it, as well as excelent food always. I would like to thank Spiros in particular for the way in which he assured that everyone had a great time at this restaurant, he really put a lot of effort into assuring the confort and the good vibe of the people who came here. Even though we stayed right next to the KBR2 restaurant, we preferred to go to the KBR3 because of the feel and excelent service present there. Bars are nice as well in terms of drinks and snacks. The sea/beach is incredible, one of the best we have been to in terms of swimming, the water is truly remarkable and it's really not cold in late June, it's perfect temperature. Also, the beach is essentially made only out of sand, the floor on the sea is only sand and some very rarely big rocks which are easy to spot and do not pose a threat. The pools are really nice, they are hotter than the sea temperature so taking a bath in them is quite enjoyable. The interior ones are good as well for some quiet, relaxing swimming. Thanks to Kiani Beach Resort, we have had an amazing holiday. I fully recommend coming here, it's an extremely enjoyable stay

We stayed for 2 weeks in the hotel and it was not a day to long. We enjoyed our self with the family. The food was perfect, a lot of choice and not repetitive. The staff in the restaurants are very helpfull. The rooms are clean and large. The bartenders are very kind, thay always work with a smile. They make professional cocktails, for me it were virgin cocktails. My kids loved the animation team: Aurora, Lea, Lilly, Takya, Najda and Aimen! The minidisco and miniclub are very fun for the kids. We had all in plus which was worth it for a more relaxed stay.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic food. We had the best experience in the KBR3 Respiro restaurant, Spiros looked after us incredibly, the hospitality shown was exceptional. Italian night was particularly spectacular, the four cheese pasta and the stone baked pizza were beautiful. Props to the Culinary Director, Nikolas Stavrakakis, who provided top tier food day after day. We were lucky enough to grab a spot on a cooking class with him on Thursday morning, provided free to guests, we laughed the whole time and got to make and eat fresh stuffed vine leaves with tzatziki and bruschetta along with plenty of wine on the fabulous rooftop bar terrace. What an experience!

We had a fantastic stay at Kiani Beach Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Crete. One of the highlights of our holiday was definitely the animation team. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of energy throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Eimen, who never failed to make my partner and me laugh. His sense of humour, enthusiasm, and genuine friendliness made every day more enjoyable. The entire animation team did an amazing job of making everyone feel included and welcome, regardless of age or background. They always had a smile on their faces and created such a fun and positive atmosphere around the resort. It was clear that they genuinely cared about the guests and went above and beyond to ensure everyone was having a great time. Thank you to the whole team for helping make our holiday so memorable. We would love to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Kiani Beach! Everything was excellent — the hotel, the restaurants, the atmosphere, and especially the service. A huge thank you to Spiros, the manager from KBR3 restaurant, truly professional, friendly, and always helpful. The food was delicious, the staff were wonderful, and the whole experience was top top top! We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone visiting . Honestly I love this hotel because there are 3 restaurants so you may choose from many options. I also love Kiani Beach because it’s next to the beach and the animation team especially Alexandra, are so cool and are nice with me when I see them . I my mum bought me a new shirt which the animation team wear . I have it in yellow and the day where I was going to go back home , they matched with me! 10/10
