We stayed in Room 2704 and chose this hotel mainly for the location. We also decided to try a recognised brand instead of our usual “highest rating for best price” Agoda strategy. For what we paid, the location and overall hotel quality didn’t disappoint. Front desk and bar staff were genuinely wonderful — friendly, efficient and welcoming. A couple of things were disappointing: 1️⃣ Bathroom mould — there was visible mould in the shower area in Room 2704. More concerning, it came off easily with a light rub of a finger, suggesting it simply hadn’t been properly cleaned. 2️⃣ Front door staff attitude — the doormen felt unnecessarily heavy-handed. At one point maintenance was cleaning the glass roof outside with water spraying everywhere. A Foodpanda rider was being told off loudly for not standing in the designated drop-off point — despite that area being directly under the spray. It felt excessive and unnecessarily confrontational. Overall, strong location and decent value for KL city centre. With better attention to bathroom maintenance and a softer approach at the entrance, the experience would be much stronger.

I would like to sincerely thank Lynn from Ibis KLCC for her exceptional service and hospitality. Before my arrival, Lynn took the initiative to check room availability and helped secure the room preference that I requested. She was also kind enough to arrange an early check-in when a room became available, which made my stay much more comfortable and convenient. What impressed me most was her responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. Small gestures like these make a big difference to a guest's experience and show a high level of customer care. Lynn is a valuable asset to the hotel, and I truly appreciate her dedication and effort. Because of the excellent service provided by Lynn, I would gladly choose Ibis KLCC again in the future. Thank you, Lynn, for making my stay a memorable one.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for a comfortable vacation. The staff name on Farah were extremely friendly and always greeted us with a smile and help me to get good rooms. We appreciated their attention to detail and excellent customer service. We will definitely stay here again

It was a wonderful stay. We went as a group and when my friend had a room where the bed was uncomfortable as it sank as she slept, they immediately changed the next day though we only stayed 2 nights. Location was great and pick up by Muthu and his colleague to and from the bus station though we arrive late was a great service. Muthu is really a very nice guy. Though he alighted us at the bus station upon our departure and it was raining, he still texted me and checked if we got into the bus safely back to spore. Thank you Ibis for such wonderful staff and service

It’s a great place to visit, close to must-see sites like the Petronas Twin Towers, Menara Kuala Lumpur, and Chinatown. The only downside is the terrible traffic in the area, which is constantly congested. The facilities : The hotel's real highlight is undoubtedly its magnificent rooftop pool and the wide variety of breakfast options. The comfort : The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and ideal for a perfectly comfortable stay The service : Check-in at reception was quick and efficient, and the housekeeping staff was incredibly attentive The accessibility : The non-stop traffic jams in the neighborhood can make traveling by car or taxi quite frustrating.
