We stayed at this hotel in July 2026. Overall, it is a nice hotel with clean rooms and a very convenient location close to the beach. At the beach, you can either lie on the sand, but in that case it is better to bring your own beach mat or blanket. The hotel provides beach towels and umbrellas that you can borrow. You can also rent two sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach near the hotel for €30 for the whole day. The food was varied and there was a large selection, although not everything was equally tasty. One thing we did not like was that some plates and glasses were not washed properly and still had food marks on them, so sometimes it was difficult to find a completely clean one. The staff were polite, friendly and always ready to help. We also enjoyed the evening shows, entertainment and activities. Despite a few small issues, we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel.

Karl Vandenweyer with 4 people 25/05/2026 to 04/06/2026 It was a very pleasant stay. The breakfast/dinner and the bar/lounge were excellent. Sufficient, varied choice. The hotel and the rooms were clean. We greatly appreciated the ice creams by the pool during the day and the drinks that were passed around in the evening. The staff were always incredibly nice and helpful. Not forced, but natural, heartfelt friendliness. An extra thank you to Martina from guest services for her listening, understanding ear, and for subsequently resolving the room issue in a constructive manner. On behalf of all four of us Thank you for the pleasant stay

The location of the hotel is unparalled, a few minutes away from the airport and twenty five minutes from the city of Palma. On top of that, the beach is just two minutes away and we loved it. The spa services are fabulous. Carina has given me the best massage I have ever received. Her hands are gifted and her great manners made me feel at ease since she first said hi. If you ever pay a visit to this hotel don´t hesitate to ask for Carina, for a full spa experience. Definitely highly recommended both the spa and the hotel itself. Already planning my visit for next year.

We stayed here with our family for 9 days and had a wonderful time! They had all kinds of nice extras sometimes ice cream in the late afternoon that they handed out by the pool. On the weekends, there were surprises sometimes food and drinks like today, when they offered free coconut water along with a whole show, a fun little booth, and music! The food is also great, just like the room! The person who made our vacation extra special was Martina! She’s the hostess for the buffet and other events. She made our vacation even more enjoyable with her cheerfulness and sweet little extras for our family! I hope they give her a big promotion! Because of her, our vacation was truly unforgettable! Thanks to all the staff, and especially to Martina! Best regards, Thomas and the Family!

Amazing stay overall. The food was outstanding with great variety, the location is beautiful, and everything was spotless and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the attention to detail really stood out. The entertainment was also excellent and added a lot to the experience. A big thank you to the spa team, Carina and Miriam were outstanding and truly made the experience special. The only downside was the bed, it was two single beds pushed together that kept separating, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Aside from that, everything was fantastic and I would happily return.
