If you are on half-board, they will charge you every single drink for the buffet dinner. But for the buffet breakfast, you can drink whatever you want. This is absolutely non-sense. This term even not stated in the advert. The food is not fresh they will re-heat it for the next day. And I have tasted weird sour taste on potatoes, which is a cheap food you know. For the room, the view is good but if you use the toilet you need to flush 4-5 times for each use. And the bell of the next door will also annoy you loudly. For the parking, you need to find an on street space on a first come first serve basis. This Iberostar hotels must consider to be avoided.

This hotel has truly become our second home – we’ve been here 5 times already, and each stay gets better and better! It’s the perfect place for a family vacation, with something for everyone to enjoy. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food, always fresh and beautifully presented. A special thank you to Carolina, who always takes such wonderful care of the guests. Her kindness and attention to detail make such a difference. The entertainment team is absolutely fantastic! Mario, Andrei, Jasmine, and the rest of the crew put on great shows and keep the kids engaged and laughing all day long. They bring so much energy and fun to every activity – you can tell they really love what they do.

Perfect, from the hotel facilities and the incredible amount of delicious food, to the great staff and top animation program. Whether it was afternoon bingo, mixed drinks, programs for children or regular evening exciting shows, you were never bored. We would like to thank Nicolay and Andrey in particular for preparing an amazing week for us, after which you don't want to go back to your daily routine. There’s so much good to say about this hotel. But for me I wanna emphasize the crew handling the small kids (monkey group). My son who is a very soft spoken and shy boy absolutely loves every second with them, they do a great job at including him and make him feel special. I can’t praise them enough and if anything brings us back to this same hotel it will be them. Even tho everything here is 10/10 these young people go above and beyond to make the kids holiday the best they ever had.

Rooms are spacious and well laid out and we had great views of the pool. Service was excellent with staff very helpful, attentive and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. All staff were great especially the animation team, reception and restaurant/ bar staff and a special thank you to Lobo at the salon bar! Location was great with access straight onto a beautiful beach and a lovely walk to the harbour. Will definitely consider returning.
