A very family focused hotel. The entertainment staff are incredible, always so happy and friendly. They work so incredibly hard. We went all inclusive and the food was good. A lot of variety and a different theme most evenings (oriental, mexican, spanish etc.). The pool areas are beautiful and spotless, they also lead right on the beach front. The room was dated but spacious and clean. Apparently the rooms are being renovated next year.

Second year in a row we visited this place and it exceeded our already high expectations. All the staff are brilliant, from the bar, restaurant and cleaners, but most of all the entertainers. They are utterly amazing with the children, so energetic, approachable and creative the whole time. They single handedly made our holiday amazing! The food buffets are superb, lots of choice, daily variations, healthy, tasty, just great. I didn't get bored of the buffet even after 18 sittings. The drinks in the all-inclusive are great too. I didn't need to spend a penny the whole stay. The complex is beautiful and a perfect size, it has everything you need and feels like home from home immediately. Walk outside the back gate and you have the most beautiful child friendly beach imaginable. Shallow for a considerable distance, calm, turqoise water, pristine sand sea bed. Just perfect! We would like to try another Iberostar for something different next year, as I'm confident in the brand now, however we won't get this beach and location with another one, so we'll almost certainly be returning to Ciudad Blanca for a 3rd time! :)

Hotel is in a good location, near to beech and a 45minutes drive from the airport. Really happy with cleanliness of the rooms etc. Staff all great, really helpful and friendly. I’d like to give a special mention to Kacper on the rifle range, should be called Kacper the kid, the fastest shooter in Mallorca, truly exceptional training and with an eye for the target. Only real issues with the hotel was the A/C in the rooms being insufficient, breakfast wasn’t great either, but all other meals and drinks seemed good. Only other issue, no fizzy pop at brekkie time which the kids hated.

We had an amazing time at Iberostar Ciudad Blanca in Mallorca! The animation team was absolutely fantastic and made our holiday truly special. All of the animators were full of energy, friendly, and always made both kids and adults feel welcome. A special thank you goes to Kacper, who was incredible with our daughter. She really bonded with him and looked forward to seeing him every single day. He made her feel comfortable, happy, and involved in all the activities, which meant a lot to us as parents. Our daughter loved all of the animators, and thanks to them she will have unforgettable memories from this holiday. Thank you for creating such a warm, fun, and family-friendly atmosphere. We would definitely love to come back again!

The hotel has a fantastic children’s pool that is great fun for kids, and the buffet is of a very high standard. However, I have to mention that there seems to be an issue with the drainage or sewage system. There was occasionally an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and I also noticed a similar odor in the kitchen area. Even some of the washed cups had a lingering smell. In addition, there were small black ants in the hotel garden and even inside the room, which is something I have not experienced in other hotels. On a positive note, the hotel uses environmentally friendly reusable water bottles and cups, which is highly commendable. The staff were also very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We also noticed some small black ants in the garden and occasionally inside the room, which was somewhat unexpected compared with our experiences at other hotels.
