I had a really great stay at Iberostar and thoroughly enjoyed my holiday. The hotel was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff was always friendly. I would especially like to thank Mari. During my stay, I hurt my finger at the pool and was quite nervous. She took the time to help me, treated my finger with great care, and reassured me until I felt much better. Her kindness and patience meant a lot to me. She always greeted me with a smile, looked after the guests, and clearly went above and beyond what was expected of her. She genuinely cares about people, and that made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Mari, for your kindness and for making my stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily come back.

We have stayed at this hotel several times now and every visit has been amazing. The hotel grounds are beautiful, very clean, and it is great to see how environmentally friendly the resort is. The food is excellent and, without a doubt, the best all-inclusive buffet we have ever experienced. Every member of the staff is friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The kids’ entertainment program is fantastic. Unfortunately, our children didn’t really connect with most of the entertainment team from the Star Camp team, except for Koko. Even though Koko doesn’t work in the Star Camp, our kids loved him from the very first moment. He is incredibly funny and has a special talent for connecting with both children and adults. His energy is contagious, and you can clearly see how much he loves his job. The entertainment shows were absolutely amazing, and once again Koko really stood out. He performed with so much passion and was by far the best dancer on the team. He brings so much joy and positive energy to the hotel, and it simply wouldn’t be the same without him. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful family holiday.

I would give 3,5 stars if I could. The hotel was ok. Nothing special. We were in two iberostars in Mallorca and I found the other one significantly better. What we did not like was: - double bed was made of two single beds put together, they were moving apart, not great with kids sleeping with you (and without probably neither) - second bed for our older child was not comfortable at all, you could feel the structure of the bed - there was just one place for eating, it was too noisy, crowdy. They could do better with different layout or two places for eating out - food was too monoteneaus - area around the hotel when you walk out is a bit odd. There is not much where to go to. If you want to see nice town, have a good coffee or see wild nature, you have to drive. - staff at reception seemed to be new or a bit disoriented, we got only generic advice, no special - our room was a bit wet, slightly smelly from wettness and got flooded during a rain later on that week. When we asked at reception for someone to clean it nobody came and we cleaned it with towels What we liked: - kids entertainment program was proactive, the employees were trying to get your kids in - the bar near beach was good, making good quality coctails - kids pool was very good. It is shallow so great for toddlers - the layout with bungallows is cool, you kind of feel like in nature eventhough you are surrounded by other hotels. The place could do much better though with better beds and eating options - 25m pool was cool for swimming

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality dishes. The beach and the sea were beautiful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt welcomed throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back in the future!

Perfect family location. Rooms are clean & well maintained daily . Food is super quality for an all inclusive & entertainment is good for adults & children alike. My only note is there are no Tea/coffee facilities in your room but can be found at a couple of stations around the resort. Also worth bringing your own water bottle to save on purchasing one at the resort for the numerous water stations. On the whole, would recommend… more suited to families than couples IMO…
