Amazing stay. The resort is beautiful, kept very clean, you can see how they do that as it must come from management. Every day we saw what i assume are day to day managers walk the ground and make sure everything is clean, organized and working. The service, entertainment and maintenance staff also are kind and helpful and made our stay wonderful. Foe example, one gentleman found our preference for where to eat and ensured we had a table in that area every day. The pools are beautiful, the buffet is fantastic with lots of options and themes, good quality meat and fish, yummy desserts, local choices and most of all the food was fresh and flavourful. Finally, the entertainment and activities were fantastic and are great for kids and adults. Live Djs and singing ballads at the pool, headphone disco, magic shows, Fado and an amazing Algarvian folk dancing and singing. We had a great and unforgettable experience. Couldn't recommend this resort more.

An overall amazing experience. I came here with my parents and boyfriend we had a great time! The hotel is a great luxury hotel with so many facilities, so many food options and the staff was friendly from the moment we walked in. We chose the half board option but at the hotel we got offered to change to all inclusive if we wanted to. I believe this is something I definitely will do next time I visit. Our rooms were of the highest standard with a private massive lounger bed. Big bathtub in the room really creates a very romantic and relaxing atmosphere😍So clean and well organised, our cleaner Iulia was amazing. Very hardworking and had opportunity to talk to her about her job, she should be promoted. (Check the room video) We all loved the heated indoor pool and spent most of our time there as the outdoor pool was a bit too cold for our liking. I wish there was a way for them to heat up the outdoor pool too but maybe if you visit later in the summer the water is warmer. Although the food for breakfast and dinner was really good I do have to say that the burgers in the snack bar could be a lot better. As I believe for a luxurious hotel burgers should not come frozen. I do also wish there was a hairdryer in the room as this would make packing a bit easier Overall thank you for the welcome stay I wish to return here in the future

We had a lovely view on the 5th floor and could see the sunset from our terrace. Very nice hotel, and the service is really good. The lady who works at the pool bar is a great bartender. We recommend this place if you want a spot that is walking distance to the marina and town (10 mins) but has the nice pool to cool off after a day of touring. Very good breakfast buffet too.

Holiday has been amazing! Hotel is absolutely stunning and all the staff are great. Sergio and Edwardo were unreal! Always have a smile on their face and so so helpful. The staff are so attentive and always making sure you are having the best time! The cleaners for our room have also been amazing! Will definitely be back

We just got back today from the hotel. Hotel is clean and spacious. I was a little disappointed that the welcome we had when we arrived was not great! We weren't offered any non alcohol drinks. Staff had difficulty in speaking clearly and understanding English. It was late! Noone had the good gesture to ask how the flight was and if we had eaten! Room was amazing and clean. We went bed and breakfast. We are vegetarians so the breakfast was okish for us! Asking for advice about how to get to places around Algarve was very difficult as the staff either did not know or could not understand the language. To pay for something using our cards was difficult, advice take a few different cards as the staff were getting frustrated. The hotel dont provide any means of transport free to get to Lagos. Which would be helpful for elder people or for any disability. Overall, I personally feel that staff working in these 5 star hotels should have English understanding and be able to speak English too! However, Algarve is amazing and Lagos is just beautiful.
