We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Garden Real Santa. The apartment was clean, tidy, and very cosy, and the room service team came every morning to refresh the bedding, which we really appreciated. A very special thank-you to the hotel team for the lovely surprise on my daughter’s 16th birthday — the cake and birthday card were such a thoughtful gesture, and it truly made her day. The sea view from the restaurant was absolutely stunning — enjoying our meals while overlooking the ocean made the experience even more relaxing and unforgettable. Overall, it was an amazing place to visit, and we definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

An excellent stay, only 24 hours and the experience was nothing like some of the reviews. The room was clean with amazing views across the Atlantic. We ate dinner at the Atlantico bar n grill. Michelin high standard meals and quality wine. Tested the spa and the indoor pool was warm and appreciate the sauna. It’s Dec so rain n sun, Uber is cheap to get around and the team help you with anything you ask, breakfast was plentiful unlike some of the reviews so unsure what some people complain about.

An amazing place with excellent service and a stunning, paradise-like beach that wasn’t crowded in December. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There were a few minor shortcomings, but overall I am very satisfied with my stay.

If you don’t want to spend time in the overly touristic Albufeira, this is a very good place to stay. The hotel is definitely not 5-star worthy but it is a nice hotel. Everything is well kept and very clean. Hotel room is good with a comfy bed. The bathroom in the room is dated. Staff at the reception is very friendly but in the rest of the resort the staff is not that kind. The restaurants at the resort are nice but the pizza we enjoyed the most. All in all we had a great time at the resort, the vicinity not so much.

Not too great despite the price! The room we were given was a super west facing room thus you can imagine the heat! We requested for a change and it took them 2 days to agree as they kept claiming no one ever complained about the air condition nor heat - I guess they don’t understand the cultural differences - westerners tend to love the sun and they are generally ok with heat while Asian don’t like sun nor heat. We had to kept going to the reception to request and they kept “rejecting” and kept saying it’s likely our problem for not closing the balcony door which was not the case! Food in the hotel is great !
