My family visited this winter, and the Algarve is beautiful in general. This hotel is in a fantastic location with beautiful grounds, and parking was very convenient. Overall, it’s a lovely resort. When we went, it was too cold for swimming, so we didn’t explore the outdoor pools or spend much time on the grounds, but we did visit the kids club. My little boys had a blast climbing and playing on the playground. The rooms were very clean, especially considering the size of the resort. The staff were also very friendly, especially the breakfast dining room staff, who were always welcoming and attentive. One unexpected highlight was the piri piri chicken from the room service menu — it was amazing and honestly one of the best piri piri chickens I had in Portugal.

What a wonderful experience. Check-in: Meeting Andre and the lovely team at the desk, we cannot thank you enough for the upgrade to the room. It was amazing and the view of the golf course from the balcony, as an avid golfer it was nice to sit there (Wishing I was playing) in the morning and have such a wonderful view. Restaurants: Cilantro and Rubi bar were perfect. I’ll start with Rubi bar as that’s where we spent the most time, I think we had several lunches and one dinner there and the staff during the days and evening were both welcoming, attentive and just brilliant. The food just hit the spot and I think we tried almost everything on the menu haha Cilantro, what an absolute delight, I’ve been to many chain hotels in my time that boast ‘fine dining’ that never meet expectations. Cilantro on the other hand wow, from the service to the actual food it was unforgettable. Spa: My wife and I went twice and enjoyed the facilities and it was bliss, such a wonderful way to spend our first holiday together by ourselves in a couple of years. Gym and Pool, having a warm and cold pool is bliss. I love a cold pool so I had no issues with it and my wife enjoyed the warm one haha. Gym was lovely. The shuttle bus is easy and we’ve had guests say nothing but nice things so thank you from the bottom of my heart in making this such a relaxing break for my wife and I. Alternatively it's a 4 euro taxi to the Marina where there is plenty of alternative food and drink options as well. The hotel was amazing, and would highly recommend visiting the site and look forward to my next experience there.

We stayed in December, just before Christmas. The pool view rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is excellent and the staff work very hard to manage peak times and keep guests happy. We used the thermal areas of the onsite Seven Spa. There is an additional charge for guests to use the thermal areas (e.g. sauna, turkish bath) – no charge if you are a Hilton Honours Gold or Diamond member. The Spa is well worth a visit. The gym is well-equipped and quite suitable for a range of workouts. Overall, a very nice stay.

Recently had a stay at this Hilton, room was nice, location was perfect. However the service of the staff, specifically the reception managers attitude and consideration of our issue was appalling. The hotel had clearly made a mistake with our booking. We booked 4 rooms with bed and breakfast. Was all paid on the same card. When we arrived at the hotel they told us only 2 of the rooms had breakfast, which was a bit of a shock as we have proof our booking included breakfast. We tried to dispute this with reception however the reception manager was extremely rude and couldn’t see that they had made an administrative mistake. After disputing with us for 30 minutes, she then persisted to tell us to “make a complaint if you’re not happy, I’d like you to”. This should have been noticed straight away and been dealt with. She even admitted they had made a mistake yet still persisted to charge us for a breakfast we have already technically paid for. As stated above, hotel was nice and rooms are tidy but the attitude of the staff and their service is appalling.

Beautiful, recently renovated hotel with its own golf course, located not far from the city center and the marina. The surroundings are stunning and create a very relaxing atmosphere. A very special mention to Raquel at reception – she is an absolute star! Incredibly helpful, super friendly, and always going the extra mile to assist. She truly made our stay exceptional. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with a wonderful spa, great recreation options, and access to a lovely beach club. Shuttle buses run regularly to both the beach and the marina, which is very convenient. Overall, a fantastic stay – but what really makes the difference is the outstanding service, especially from Raquel.
