The hotel was okay, but definitely not a 4 star. To start with the staff couldn’t have been nicer, lovely check in, great with our 9 month old at all points and very welcoming and comforting throughout our stay. Location is okay, some bars and restaurants locally however fairly basic/small. Beach nearby is gorgeous and definitely worth a visit. The room was poor however, beds/room covered in ants, house centipedes in the room, doors and trim water damaged, TV was password locked and in French so couldn’t be used, room for a family was 30-40m away from VERY loud nighttime entertainment, bathroom shelf was falling off the wall, shower tray damaged and to top it off the wall hung bedside lamp fell off exposing live wiring. The pool areas were fine, plenty of sun beds and swimming space, Premium area is nicer for people looking for a bit more peace and quiet as the main pool has loud music on frequently. Children’s pools were great. The issues with the room were fed back to the hotel directly after we returned home (didn’t want to move rooms/cause upset with the baby) and we were snubbed away and told to report issues to the holiday provider despite the issues only being about the hotel. Pretty poor overall from the “customer service team” with this brand of hotel. Won’t be returning any time soon.

I recently stayed in this wonderful hotel, with my 9 yo daughter Ava, and partner, who was visiting us half way through our stay. I have to start with complimenting the customer service team at the front desk right from the beginning as they were very accommodating and when the hotel was fully booked they managed to amend my room booking in advance and make sure we all stayed together. This was such a relief because I couldn't do this through Jet2. Even though the hotel was packed and I couldn't upgrade to the Premium suite I think the 'Standard' rooms were spacious and fully up to standard :) - mine was excellent, although the view wasn't of the sea, it still didn't matter because we just slept there and spent all our time outside at the main pool or beach etc. The most praise I would have to give to the young and wonderful entertainment team!! I could not praise them enough! They are all absolute stars, and made my daughter especially happy and were so lovely to us all! I had some of their names written down but I am sorry I cannot find them now, but they were all totally fabulous, dedicated and I cannot thank them enough! I also specially want to mention a lady at the restaurant that helps with the meal service - Mercedes! Muchissimas Gracias, tu eres una estrella! The kids pool end is very entertaining but with all the activities and the evening shows, you would never be bored here. The food is so good, there are fresh croissants for breakfast and gorgeous pancakes with \Nutella but most of all - there is a fab pizza chef that makes fresh pizzas from scratch in a pizza oven that will probably remember us forever : ) I cannot comment on the other premium areas, but the beach nearby Cala Domingos is so nice - lovely clean water and bar but the toilets were not open - which is a worry! The room was cleaned daily and also the housekeeping staff made sure to always arrange my daughter's toys and make small touches that made us feel special. Now for the bar! - WOW- the bar staff is absolutely wonderful, friendly and amazingly hard working! the bar snack are more like actual delicious food all day, I think I put on weight being there :) I loved the burgers! The alcohol selection is vast and even includes some basic cocktails and Cava . My only complaints are that my daughter mentioned there was never any vanilla ice cream at the dinner dessert area and that sometimes they ran out of chocolate sauce for the pancakes at the bar service area :) please take this as only light - hearted criticism! I had such an amazing time and miss this place so much! Thank you to all and hopefully see you again soon. Marija Petrovic

We had a wonderful one-week stay at Maria Eugenia. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and were always friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes available every day. There was always something new to try, and the quality exceeded our expectations. We also really enjoyed the sports and recreational facilities. There were plenty of opportunities to stay active and have fun throughout our holiday. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great holiday in Mallorca. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Amazing stay! The best part was that the restaurant staff kindly opened the restaurant at 11pm for us and several other guests who arrived late. We were welcomed with fresh salads, salami, bread, and cheese – a fantastic first impression. Thank you 😊 Everything was spotless and well maintained. We stayed in a premium room with a balcony and beautiful sea view. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and the premium drinks selection was great. The hotel is very well organised, with ice cream, coffee, water, soft drinks, and sandwiches available all day and night in addition to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. There are plenty of facilities, including a swimming pool, kids pools, toys, activities, sauna, and gym. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away and offers stunning views. There are also plenty of shops nearby. Pro: Restaurant stayed open for late arrivals, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Con: The gym equipment is outdated and could be upgraded. Overall, an excellent experience, and we would happily return. Thank you to all the chefs, waiters, bartenders, cleaning staff, reception, animators, restaurant manager lady, pool staff, you all lovely people!

Stayed at Hotel Palia Maria Eugenia and overall had a really good holiday. The hotel itself is in a good quiet location with lovely views, and the atmosphere around the place was relaxed and enjoyable. Pools were always clean, and the bar area kept tidy. Staff were friendly and the overall experience was positive. However, I wouldn’t quite say it feels like a true 4* hotel. The main downside for us was the beds, which were quite uncomfortable and did affect our sleep during the stay. That said, we still had a great time and enjoyed the holiday overall.. just a few improvements needed to match the 4* rating.
