We had an amazing stay. The staff were super friendly, especially the kind man at reception (unfortunately, I forgot his name) who truly made our stay unforgettable (check-in on 7-Nov). The chalet was incredible and the view was a dream. Special thanks to Vinayak who welcomed us warmly in the rooftop with great humour and professionalism and to Leo who makes the best drinks :). Try it out! The same goes for Arora - we loved her classes and her amazing energy. Keep it up! We hope to be back sooner rather than later.

Wonderful Stay at Indigo Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort We recently stayed at the new Indigo Hotel Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautifully designed with a modern touch that blends perfectly with the mountain surroundings. The weather was simply perfect — cool, fresh, and a great escape from the heat of the city. A special mention goes to Hamaad at Zaatar Restaurant, who gave our family a warm welcome and made us feel right at home. His hospitality and attention to detail truly enhanced our dining experience. The service was excellent throughout our stay.

Staying at Hotel Indigo Jabal Akhdar was an absolutely exceptional experience. The view over the canyon is simply breathtaking and makes the whole stay unforgettable. The Zaatar restaurant is outstanding – the food is delicious, beautifully presented, and the service is truly first-class. A special mention goes to Hammaad, who provided excellent recommendations and made our dining experience even more memorable. On the rooftop lounge, the atmosphere is magical, and the service by Vikram was flawless – attentive, warm, and professional. The entire staff go above and beyond, making you feel cared for in every detail. This hotel doesn’t just offer a stay – it offers a timeless experience. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

A stunning hotel in every way. Obviously the views are beyond spectacular but the staff and service are the true highlights here. Every member of staff went out their way, polished but warm and friendly. Shela in the restaurant was a standout even saving us a window seat, her smile and service deserves great praise . Chris also. The staff make this place so memorable as well as great food and friendly chefs… the mutton korma was as superb as that view! Thanks it was a highlight in this most extraordinary of countries.
