Our stay at Hotel Indigo Jebel Akhdar was truly special, and one we’ll always look back on with fond memories. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Our rooms were upgrades to the canyon view and the views are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to them and watching the light change throughout the day was unforgettable and the hotel facilities were excellent and very well maintained. What really set this experience apart was the people. At Vue Restaurant, Amor took such wonderful care of us and went above and beyond for our Christmas dinner, putting in so much effort and thought to make it extra special — it meant a lot to us and made the evening truly memorable. Thanks to chef Ajay every dish throughout our stay was high quality, beautifully prepared, and clearly curated with care. We also really appreciated Adam, the gym staff, who was incredibly helpful and encouraging. At breakfast, Shela and Nhour greeted us each morning with genuine warmth and kindness, embodying the Omani hospitality which made starting the day such a pleasure. Overall, every member of staff was courteous, attentive, and made us feel valued. It’s rare to find a hotel where you feel this level of sincerity and care from everyone you meet. Combined with the stunning setting, excellent food, and great facilities, this stay was absolutely worthwhile. We’re so grateful for the experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Indigo Jebel Akhdar.

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the warm welcome from the team. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and outstanding service. I would be happy to stay here again.

Extraordinary hotel with extraordinary location! Highly recommended! For our stay in Jabal Akdahr we chose to stay three nights in the 'Indigo Hotel'. It is close to the 'Three Villages Hike' and 'Wadi Bani Habib'. Exactly what we were looking for! Firstly we highly appreciated to got an upgrade to the canyon view! The sunsets were stunning from our balcony! In general the location with cannyon and mountain view is exceptional, design/ art, materials and products are very well chosen! The service and cleaning staff are very friendly, courteous and always with a smile on their face. Just great! Specially Sanjay and Sandeep with their team at breakfast and dinner made our time very good and comfortable! Thank you for everything! Also a big thank you to the kitchen staff, which prepared very various and delicious things at the buffet, locally and internationally. Furthermore we used the big pool and spa area and did a back massage and facial, both are highly recommended! Keep up the good work and all the best to the whole Hotel-Team!

Had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo! We found every aspect of the hotel to be exceptional. The view, the food/dining options and the service were all excellent. Noor at Za’taar and Hiruni at Vue were incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. We would have loved a small list with recommended activities to do in the area… we were able to find several things to do online, but a top 5 list in our room would have been a nice addition. Otherwise, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our stay at Hotel Indigo was excellent and perfect. We received outstanding services from all the staff members, especially from a lady staff named Amore, from the restaurant at the rooftop floor. Our room view was stunning overlooking the mountains and the hotel pool. The breakfast was delicious with so many things to choose for from local delight to international breakfast choices. The view from the breakfast spot was unbelievably gorgeous as well! Hotel facilities are clean, high quality, and well maintained— we were really happy with our stay and would really recommend this hotel to our friends and families visiting Jabal Akhdar. Also special mention to Leena, the receptionist whom helped us upon checking in, who was so so attentive (she remembered our room number upon checking out, without us telling her!) Also she was so friendly and made us feel welcomed immediately. Thank you for your kindness.
