I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Muscat. The customer service was outstanding from the moment I arrived. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The view from the hotel is absolutely amazing, especially overlooking the sea. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere is peaceful. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza Muscat to anyone visiting Muscat. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Muscat, and what truly made the experience memorable was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. A heartfelt thank you to **Rubina, Shafi, Adesh, Sabir, and Sai** for their outstanding service. They were always courteous, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable throughout my stay. **Zoaib** from Housekeeping also did a great job in maintaining the room and was always helpful. A special mention to **Akbar and Bipin** for kindly accommodating my vegetarian food requests. They made sure my dietary preferences were taken care of, which I genuinely appreciated. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. I did have a slightly disappointing experience on the day before my checkout, but I appreciate that the team addressed the issue promptly and resolved it satisfactorily. Thank you to the entire team at Crowne Plaza Muscat for your warm hospitality. I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Muscat for a week and had a truly lovely experience. The hotel offers a beautiful setting with a consistently relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. The restaurant served good food with a great variety, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. One of the highlights was the beach in the mornings during low tide, absolutely beautiful and peaceful, perfect for walks and quiet moments by the sea. I also had a massage during my stay, and the therapist Bangon/Nina was exceptional, she was very skilled, professional, and made the experience incredibly relaxing. A big thank you to Najiya and Rizwan at the front desk, and Stephen from the pool area, for their exceptional care and hospitality. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely return.

A excellently located hotel. We stayed here for 10 days and everything was absolutely wonderful. Huge compliments to the entire staff of Monir, from the waiters and housekeeping to the front desk. In short, a top-tier hotel where we will definitely return!

I can't recommend this hotel enough. The location and views are incredible, best in Muscat. The room was comfortable, clean and modern. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of healthy options. The private beach was a big plus, also the two infinity pools, the gym and the spa. The staff members were so friendly, they made us feel welcomed. We've had an amazing stay and would definitely go back.
