My experience was truly exceptional, and I was very impressed by the excellent services, facilities, and the warm atmosphere throughout the hotel. I would especially like to thank Budoor AL Toobi and the receptionist, Waleed Al Zakwani, for their outstanding professionalism, kindness, and dedication. Their support and friendly attitude made my stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Thank you for making my visit so special. Al Mutasm and Saleh at the adventure park were outstanding — they made the experience genuinely fun and memorable. Their professionalism and energy really stood out. The hotel manager was also amazing. We had a slight issue with our stay, and he immediately upgraded us and resolved everything without hesitation. That level of care made a huge difference and showed true commitment to guest satisfaction. The food was excellent throughout our stay. I’d especially like to recognise Raylyn, Mylin, and Lovedeep in the restaurant. They were exceptional — extremely attentive, passionate about their work, and made everyone feel genuinely welcome. As a business owner myself, I recognise how valuable team members like this are. These individuals are a real credit to the hotel and absolutely deserve recognition.

We had an amazing stay. The resort itself is well maintained,easy to navigate and well kept. The rooms were spacious, very clean and looked like they were recently upgraded. The kids had alot of fun at the adventure park, unfortunately we found the pool temperature too cold for our liking. To the staff, we thank you for your courteous and friendly approach, you made our stay pleasant and remembering.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at DusitD2 Naseem Resort, Jabal Akhdar, Oman. The resort is beautifully located with stunning mountain views, fresh weather, and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were excellent, especially for families, and the overall service was outstanding. A special thanks to Mr. Waleed Al Zakwani at the reception for his warm welcome, professionalism, and kind assistance throughout our stay. He truly made our experience even more memorable. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. We truly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Jabal Akhdar. We look forward to coming back again.

We had a good stay at Dusit D2 hotel, At first the communication with the staff for reservation was absolutely wonderful. The reception staffs were warm and welcoming ,And Check-in was fast, smooth. The layout is wonderful ; rooms are housed in scattered villas/buildings, which makes it feel quiet and exclusive. There's a lot of activities kids and adults can do ,Adventure park with 3 levels of obstacles which contains a climbing wall also a zip line and an 8 meter free fall . Indoor kids club available with an on-site supervisor at all times. Decent buffet with a selection of dishes ,Friendly staff and clean atmosphere. A satisfying dining experience overall. "Our only complaint is that the hotel shuttle cart service was delaying or not available all the time."
