We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything is brand new, very clean, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The gym is well-equipped, and the two pools are fantastic—perfect for relaxing. The boardwalk is a great addition for peaceful walks, and we loved being able to hear the sound of the ocean from our room, so calming and relaxing. The food was also delicious, with great quality and options. The location is very convenient: close to the airport, with a pharmacy less than a 2-minute walk away, and not far from Bridgetown if you’d like to explore. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

This is a stunning hotel that is VERY new in Barbados. I love the location overlooking the sea. The rooms are really amazing. You can hear the ocean. Its extremely relaxing. Food was good. Had eggs benedickt.. this holaindaise sauce.... OMGOSH. im here for the sauce and this sauce... pineapple, coconut hollandaise sauce.... take me now baby. So so good. Id freeze this and make milkshakes out of it if I could. Service is wonderful but lots of new people as expected. Can do somw work on this. They are all very nice and welcoming.

I enjoyed a memorable one night stay at this property! I was treated like a VIP from the moment I arrived at Hotel Indigo - Bridgetown. I was immediately greeted and quickly completed check-in with Camilia who is a ROCK STAR!! Ethan, who was both extremely professional and funny, escorted my friend and me to my room. We enjoyed many laughs with him throughout our stay. Hotel Indigo - Bridgetown is a new property, so everything is immaculate! The facilities are comfortable, spacious, and offer spectacular sea views! The staff members are friendly, helpful and warm. I enjoyed engaging with them during my stay. My visit at Hotel Indigo - Bridgetown was one of the highlights of my time in Barbados. I highly recommend this property to anyone who visits Barbados. You won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! When we mentioned it was our honeymoon at check-in, the staff surprised us with a welcome gift, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food was the real star here, as every meal we had at all of the restaurants was so good. The rooms were beautiful and well-maintained, and the location is hard to beat with direct beach access right off the boardwalk. The one hiccup was at the rooftop bar. Our food order was forgotten during happy hour, and when we followed up after waiting over an hour, our server was dismissive and seemed unsure whether she had even placed it. A little disappointing given the rest of the experience. That said, it was truly one issue in an otherwise lovely stay. The hotel more than made up for it in food, atmosphere, and location. Would absolutely recommend!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I would rate this property closer to a 3.5 to 4-star experience rather than the 5-star level it appears to price itself at, and unfortunately the service and amenities during my stay have not matched what I expect from the IHG Hotels & Resorts brand—especially as an IHG Platinum member. The most noticeable issue is the lack of basic room amenities. For a hotel charging what feels like five-star pricing, the rooms come with almost none of the usual essentials. There were no shower caps, dental kits, or cotton buds provided. When I asked about them, I was told they had been “sourced,” but they were not actually available yet, which is disappointing for a property operating at this price point. Service has also been inconsistent. When we were escorted to the room, the staff member kindly offered to send up a steamer iron. After an hour of waiting, nothing arrived. I called the front desk, waited another hour, and still nothing. It ultimately took three calls before the steamer was finally delivered, which should not happen for such a simple request. There have also been several small issues that add up quickly: *The shower never gets properly hot. *no side mirror in bathroom is annoying *There is no turndown service. *The tea/coffee station had no sugar provided. When I tried calling the front desk around 10pm on a Friday night, no one answered after three attempts. Finally my husband went down to get the sugar. Saturday morning 10AM go to the pool side ask for towels, they had “run out”. Everyone we ask passed the buck. Finally found a guy called Rafael who said he would get it from the back… 15mins later he is still chit chatting no sign of getting towels. Go to front desk, they don’t even smile and without eye contact say it’s not there Job! Horrible service. Husband went up to the room to get towel The most frustrating part is that this was only my first night, and already several service issues have come up. With more nights remaining, it’s concerning that so many basics are missing or delayed. Overall, the property itself may have the potential to be a nice 4-star hotel, but at the moment it does not meet the service standards or amenities expected of a 5-star stay or the level typically associated with IHG.
