Great stay at Holiday Inn Resort Krabi Ao Nang Beach. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. Special thanks to Jennie — she was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and made our stay much better with her excellent service. The location is ideal — right in Ao Nang with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and island tours. Even without kids, we really enjoyed the lively pool area. The Kids Water Park and activities created a fun, energetic atmosphere that we loved. Highly recommend this resort for a comfortable and convenient Krabi stay.
Nutchuta Wongsuban
Stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and in a great location with shops nearby and the beach within walking distance. What we love the most was the pool. The pool is large, family-friendly, great place to spend the day with a view. There is a kid’s water playground with big slider. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a balcony offering both mountain and sea views. We also had dinner at the hotel and really enjoyed the food. Thai Dishes were flavorful and Pad Thai was especially delicious, absolutely loved it! Overall, this is one of the most impressive hotels we've stayed at in Ao Nang and would highly recommend it.

We recently stayed here and everything was flawless from start to finish. Due to my leg injury, the team thoughtfully accommodated us in a room near the cafe, lobby, and lifts, featuring a beautiful and calming view of the sea. We are also so grateful for the delicious complimentary cake for our birthday and anniversary celebration! The resort itself is modern, stunning, and kept immaculate. Check-in was seamless and the hospitality was incredibly warm. Pro-Tip: Save suitcase space and don't bring your own shower products. The resort's amenities smell incredibly fresh, unique, and like Krabi in a bottle!

Perfect location with nearby shops, restaurants and bars & 10 min walk to the beach. Staff were lovely & helpful. We were greeted with a sweet birthday message on the bed upon arrival which was a nice touch. The rooms are spacious, clean with a comfy king size bed & mini fridge - my only complaint was that the 'balcony' barely fitted one person and there wasn't much of a view, which meant the room was constantly dark too - might be worth the upgrade if you are staying for a while! Otherwise great hotel.

After a very disappointing experience at another hotel, arriving at Holiday Inn Krabi felt like a breath of fresh air. From the first moment, we were truly welcomed as guests — with genuine smiles and a warm attitude. A special thanks to Mary at the front office, who checked us in and really went the extra mile. She recognized my IHG membership and kindly upgraded us, which made a big difference. We also arrived early in the morning, and although official check-in is at 15:00, our room was ready after just a couple of hours while we relaxed at the pool — a great example of flexibility and guest care. The room itself was excellent: clean, spacious, with a nice city view and direct access to the pool, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff throughout the hotel are extremely kind and always willing to help. We asked multiple times for assistance with booking activities, and each time they handled it quickly and with a smile. Renting a scooter through the hotel was also smooth and perfectly arranged. Breakfast was another highlight — very good quality and absolutely worth the price. Great variety and a strong start to the day. If there’s one small downside, it would be the elevator, which has no air circulation and can get very warm. But honestly, compared to the overall experience, this is a minor detail. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money. We would definitely come back.
