I stayed at the Anana Ecological Resort for three months and it was truly outstanding. Out of all the hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Thailand, Anana was the best. The owner, Wolfgang Grimm, leads the hotel with genuine heart, and that warmth is felt both from him and the staff. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and never overbearing. The rooms are modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, often with nice views. The large outdoor pool is a highlight, and the breakfast buffet with Asian dishes and an egg station was consistently great. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which is important today. The eco-friendly concept is more than just marketing; it feels thoughtfully implemented. If you want a quiet, well-run stay in Ao Nang with personal touches, I can warmly recommend the Anana Ecological Resort.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and overall the property is beautiful. The pool is easily 10/10, the views are stunning, and the location made for a great stay. When we checked in, we had booked a family room, but it wasn’t actually available. We overlooked it because mistakes happen.We chose not to complain because we didn’t want it to affect our trip. Unfortunately, what completely ruined the experience was the repeated disturbance from the hotel staff. I was playing very soft, calming music on the TV at a reasonable volume to help me fall back asleep. It wasn’t loud or disruptive. Yet the reception kept calling our room and staff even came to ring the doorbell multiple times, asking us to turn the music off because the room next door had a baby. I completely understand wanting to be considerate of other guests, and on humanitarian grounds I turned the TV off without arguing. However, if guests are expected not to use the TV after a certain time or above a certain volume, that should be clearly communicated. Otherwise, it’s unreasonable to keep interrupting paying guests who are simply using the room amenities responsibly. Better soundproofing would also prevent situations like this. What started as a 10/10 stay ended up feeling like a 6/10 because of the constant interruptions. It’s disappointing because everything else about the hotel was excellent. I hope the management improves how situations like this are handled in the future.

Everyone was incredibly kind, caring, professional, and always smiling. Their warmth and attention to detail truly made our stay unforgettable. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. The location is ideal, offering a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to everything. The food was excellent throughout our stay. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. We looked forward to every breakfast and dinner. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special. Your kindness and hospitality made all the difference. We would not hesitate to come back and will highly recommend Anana Ecological Resort to anyone visiting Krabi! Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at Anana Ecological Resort in Krabi and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. What impressed us the most was the staff. Every single member of the team was incredibly kind, respectful, attentive, and efficient. They genuinely go above and beyond to make sure guests have the best experience possible. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh options. We especially loved that many of the ingredients come directly from the hotel’s own organic farm, which is located right next to the resort. It really adds a unique and authentic touch. The pool is lovely, and all the facilities are very well looked after. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to visit the spa, but it looks beautiful and is definitely worth checking out. The laundry service was also excellent—fast, efficient, and our clothes came back perfectly clean. It made our trip much easier and more convenient. Another great advantage is the complimentary shuttle service to Ao Nang Beach, as well as the return pick-up from the beach back to the hotel. It’s a very convenient service that makes exploring the area effortless. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We absolutely loved our time at the resort, and we also fell in love with Krabi. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely incredible resort and one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very modern with stunning architecture throughout the entire property. We were upgraded to the Spa Suite, which was breathtakingly spacious and offered amazing jungle views. The staff was exceptional, incredibly warm, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The resort itself feels like a peaceful luxury oasis surrounded by nature. We especially loved the Art Garden, the sustainable concept with fresh ingredients grown on site, and the gorgeous pool areas including the private pool villas. Every detail of this place feels thoughtful, elegant, and relaxing. Highly recommended and we would absolutely come back again.
