The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and well-organized — the views are truly stunning. However, I’d like to point out a few things that really need improvement. Although it’s a 5-star resort, the staff’s attitude felt more like a 3-star experience. They were not warm or welcoming, and everything seemed to revolve around money. We were constantly asked to pay extra for things that should have been included. For example, even though we booked a half-board package, we still ended up paying more every day. They never informed us about free activities or events — they only focused on promoting paid options. Overall, the service felt very transactional and not up to 5-star standards. The only truly positive part of our stay was the Kids Club. The team there was amazing — friendly, respectful, cheerful, and genuinely passionate about their work. A special thanks to Nizar,lisa, and Zahra — they absolutely deserve a bonus for their kindness and professionalism. In summary, we wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others. It’s nice for a one-time visit only, mainly because of the staff’s attitude.

Definitely one of the top locations we have ever visited for vacation. From landing at the airport, to walking into security for departure, there was always a dedicated Hilton team member there to guide you. We were greeted at arrival by Amine who was our main point of contact for the whole trip. He helped us with everything from planning our activities and meals to getting us calamine lotion when we got fried from the sun. He was always available to help and was amazing the entire time. All of the restaurants were fantastic and we could count on each meal being better than the last. The over the water villa was beautiful and was just a short bike or golf cart ride to everything else on the island. Every one of the staff at the resort were so kind and made you feel like family. I have had some issues with Hilton in the past, but this resort stands alone in terms of customer service. I would gladly return for more vacations in the future and could not be more pleased with how my trip went. Thank you to all the lovely staff who made this trip incredible!

Very pleasant stay, luxurious resort. The most important thing that it is a kids-friendly, which they have the 1 no. Kids club in Maldives. Special thanks to Mr. Meeks for his assistance throughout our stay.

If I could give my experience at the resort 7 stars instead of 5. As a pregnant woman with a 2-year old child, cleanliness and children facilities are very import in our stay The resort staff are extremely friendly, the place is very clean, beautiful, and organized. There’s an incredible scenery at every corner of the resort. Many thanks to our GEM, Meeks, for assisting us with all of our needs and arranging our activities schedule. Also, since I’m pregnant, he managed for us a late checkout to rest till the flight. He also helped with our weird needs like a bowl of rice at night because my husband dropped his phone in the water :D. Also, many thanks to the kids’ club staff, especially, Nezar, who became like a friend to our son! I really loved how everyone literally everyone is welcoming to our son and would seize the moment to have a chat and play with him. Will leave everything else to the pictures!
