Pros : * room spacious, balcony big, great amenities eg tea/coffee machine, toiletries, bath robes. * clean hotel and the room cleaners do a great job. * the room had a great sea view. * very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere * big pool with no issues getting sun loungers. * piano bar served great cocktails with amazing views. * breakfast had a good selection of food. * staff friendly * taxi rank just outside the hotel, very convenient. Cons : * without electricity 5 hours on Wednesday, all day Friday, and a few hours Saturday. No communication from the hotel as to what was happening - really poor service. * no water for a few hours Friday and Saturday. * buffet food is ‘sophisticated’ ie no pizza, burgers, nuggets, if you are a picky eater you will struggle. (The snack bar offers nuggs, burgers etc in a chafing dish, but is the same every day) * food is usually cold/lukewarm. *food takes a while to get replenished *breakfast selection 8th June no hash browns which was disappointing *CHECK YOUR PLATES THEY ARE ALWAYS DIRTY! * Italian & steakhouse à la carte restaurants unavailable to book on the app (looks like they are shut) * table service in the buffet area meaning sometimes you could be on your 2nd plate before you drink arrives, no option for pop/beers/wine on tap. * our room balcony never received any sun unfortunately. * the main pool was cold and also VERY salty which was weird * the location of the hotel - very secluded so not much to do around the area unless you get a taxi.

We had an absolutely amazing holiday at this hotel from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. The food was incredible with plenty of choice, always fresh, and something for everyone – every meal was a treat. The staff were fantastic: friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really made the stay extra special. The atmosphere was relaxing, the facilities were excellent, and we honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. From the moment we arrived to the day we left, everything was just amazing. We had such a wonderful time and would 100% return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect holiday.

We couldn’t be happier with the kids’ club at the hotel! The entertainment team have been absolutely amazing so friendly, energetic, and genuinely caring. They made my child feel so welcome from day one and always had a great variety of fun activities to keep them entertained. It gave us parents a chance to relax knowing they were having such a fantastic time. Thank you for making our holiday so special we’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend the kids’ club to other families! 💙☀️

1/5 – Disappointed on Multiple Fronts We stayed at the H10 Rubicón Collections for two nights and unfortunately left with more frustrations than fond memories. The most pressing issue was the air conditioning, which was completely non-functional for the entirety of our stay. What made it worse was the total lack of communication from management. No updates, no apology, nothing. We were just left to deal with the heat on our own. The drinks at the bar were genuinely hard to enjoy. Everything tasted overly sweet, almost syrupy, and felt far removed from what you’d expect at a resort like this. It got to the point where we stopped bothering. Housekeeping was another frustration. We called multiple times asking for extra towels and nothing ever showed up. It wasn’t until we physically went down to reception ourselves that anything got done. That really shouldn’t be necessary. The buffet was honestly one of the most disappointing parts of the trip. The variety was limited and the quality just wasn’t there. For a hotel at this price, we expected a lot more. If you’re only staying for two nights, don’t count on getting a restaurant reservation. By the time short stay guests arrive, everything is already booked up. It made the whole “inclusive” experience feel anything but. Even getting water was a hassle. Bottles were handed out on arrival and that was it. After that, you had to keep making trips back to whichever bar was nearest just to refill. It’s a small thing but it says a lot about how guest comfort is prioritized here. The location has its charms, but based on our experience we wouldn’t be returning or recommending it to others.

We stayed at the H 10 Rubicon Horizons Collection Hotel for the first time and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful and peaceful relaxing atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a glass of cold Prosecco, which was especially appreciated after a long flight on a hot summer’s day. From the very first moment, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The hotel offers a great selection of restaurants, along with a coffee and snack bar by the pool. Both the à la carte breakfast and dinner were outstanding—truly five-star quality. Our room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated with a modern touch. The bed was large and very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. A special mention goes to Nerijus in the restaurant, who was an exceptional host. He greeted us with a warm smile every time and provided helpful advice on how to make the most of the hotel’s facilities. His attentiveness truly enhanced our stay. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be returning.
