Pros: lovely hotel and staff Right on the coast Food good Fabulous rooms, awesome shower. Cons: quite a distance from main playa blanca resort but we enjoyed the walk. Very family orientated so not ideal for couples. Would benefit from a few adults only areas. We would return. Many thanks

What a hotel!! espically the services of FATOU who made sure myself & my 2 daughters were made to feel special. The rooms was excellent spacious and clean!! We had 1 bed app and the girls loved it. We did the gold level and defo worth it even tho we have been before and the other room we stayed was spacious too. everything you need is here and the food is excellent too. My 2 girls already love gran Tacande when we go tenerife now gran Tagoro playa blanca is there favorite hotel in lanzarote!!!

A little walk to The Marina, 20 minutes on a lovely coastal path. Hotel is immaculately clean. Hotel team all appear happy in their work. Food ....yes sometimes a little cold, but could heat in microwave, always something nice to choose ....smoothies for breakfast, sushi, salmon, prawns, ribs ...different theme each night. Pool areas nice ....lots of small children which was a bit of a shock at this time of year ....also they have to pay for adventure land, so that area was quiet and the main pool busy ....such a shame for families as this should be included in the package. Stayed HB and could upgrade to AI for 25euros pp per day. Local bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket next door in shopping centre.......definitely would stay again as the climate was perfect 23° most days!

In the restaurant Fatou showed very good serving ability and friendliness. Pavon although new to the job welcomed my wife and I correctly and seated us with ease. Both people deserve special mention. For one reason or another, we were upgraded to a gold rating. It has to be said that all the restaurant workers and chefs work tirelessly in both environments. The food is cooked extremely well.

We took our two young children away for their first holiday and this was the perfect choice! We decided to go all inclusive which was a great idea because the amount and variety of food on offer was amazing. Each night the restaurant had a different cuisine theme as well as regular favourites and staples such as pizza and pasta. The pools were perfect and so clean; the different areas and activities by the pool were great too. Whilst we didn't use the kids club, all the children looked happy and our children were invited to join in the public events. It has been the perfect holiday. All the staff have been so friendly and welcoming and the room was cleaned spotlessly every day! Thank you!
