Our stay at Grecotel Costa Botanica in Corfu was truly unforgettable. We traveled from the United States to visit Italy and Greece, and this was by far the best hotel experience our family of five has ever had. If you’re traveling with children, I highly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was effortless. The staff welcomed us outside, took care of our luggage, and encouraged us to enjoy dinner before checking in since we had arrived late. Throughout our stay, every interaction reflected the same level of care. Whether we needed something in our room, at the pool, or while leaving for our boat trip to Paxos and Antipaxos, the staff always thought ahead—even packing lunch boxes for our entire family for the excursion. What truly made this stay unforgettable happened on our last day. When we arrived, my daughter accidentally left her favorite hat in the airport taxi. We didn’t ask about it until two days before we left, thinking it was gone forever. The staff immediately began calling taxi drivers, and on the morning we checked out, they arranged for a driver to meet us on the way to the airport and return the hat. To many people, it was just a hat. To our daughter, it was priceless. The effort they made to return it spoke volumes about how much they genuinely care about their guests. That single act perfectly summed up our entire experience. We have stayed at many hotels over the years, but none have matched the hospitality we experienced at Grecotel Costa Botanica. We will gladly stay at Grecotel again and recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for an exceptional family vacation.

We recently stayed here as a family of three and honestly could not fault the experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, set right on the beach with stunning mountain views behind it. The whole place felt really peaceful and idyllic. What truly made the holiday though was the staff. Every single member of the team was friendly, attentive and genuinely could not do enough for us. We travelled with our little boy and the hotel provided everything we needed completely free of charge including a cot, high chair, steriliser, baby towels, changing mat and more. They made travelling with a young child so easy and stress free. A special mention has to go to the hotel manager, who was incredible throughout our stay. She helped us through a couple of issues with the à la carte restaurants and handled everything with kindness, professionalism and a constant smile. She was also amazing with our son and really made us feel welcome every single day. The food was outstanding throughout. The buffet restaurant was one of the best we’ve experienced at an all-inclusive hotel, with loads of choice and really high quality food. The à la cartes were fantastic too. The fine dining restaurant was excellent, the Asian restaurant was amazing, especially the sushi and crispy duck, and the beachside Italian restaurant at sunset gave us one of the most memorable evenings of the holiday. The pools and facilities were spotless and very well maintained. The water park was brilliant and genuinely had something for every age group. The all-inclusive drinks and bar service were also excellent. We also did the wine tasting experience with Georgia, who was absolutely fantastic. We’d never done wine tasting before and she made it really enjoyable, informative and relaxed. Her enthusiasm and professionalism really stood out. Overall, this hotel gave us one of the best family holidays we’ve ever had. The staff truly care about making your stay special and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We would recommend it without hesitation, especially for families travelling with young children.

A wonderful destination for a large family group, ages 7 months to 70 years of age. 4 swimming pools including aqua park, so all members of our group were catered for. Also on the beach with plenty of beds and umbrellas. Food was good with a large selection and various restaurants to chose from.

A spacious, green, well-maintained, and clean resort on the outskirts of town, with all necessary shops nearby. All staff are consistently friendly and helpful. The buffet is plentiful and constantly replenished. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. A great place for a relaxing holiday.

We booked the hotel two months in advance. It was originally on the Tui website, but after checking, it was a better offer booking it directly from their home website. We book the private Transfer as we Arrived in the later Part of the evening. KM it’s not for away, but the drive takes 45minutes1 hour to arrive( you have to Drive up and over a Mountain.) This hotel is really beautiful and peaceful But lacks premium service and consistency in their service . We tried to put our frustrations about the weather aside. This is nothing the hotel staff can control. And it is no way anybody’s fault that the weather wasn’t great. But what they can control is how to facilitate the guests in bad weather situations. This hotel simply isn’t built for handling such situations. Restaurants were overrun because the card restaurants don’t have windows or doors to protect from bad weather. Kids club was not available in bad weather because their room sorry is also not built to withstand bad weather. drink cups and glasses were often not cleaned up and left around the hotel. Our room was quite spacious. And cleaned somewhat on a regular basis. Unfortunately I do not think they clean the floors often. As you can see in the photos, I’ve included the bottom of my slippers with the color of the floor only two days after wearing them. We received fresh towels every day however sometimes they were simply thrown on the side. We receive minibar service almost daily. With Nespresso caps, water, soda drinks. We received one bottle of wine for the entire week. We just see so much potential for this Hotel it’s almost hard not to say anything. And if you are from the hotel chain, only imagine that a few small changes came together, what sort of experience it would make for your guests, and that next level experience could take your Hotel to the star level.
