We had an amazing stay at Almyros Beach Resort & Spa. Everything is exceptionally well organized and thoughtfully designed. From the layout of the hotel to the daily activities, you can really feel that every detail has been carefully planned. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. A special thanks to the animation team – they were absolutely fantastic! Full of energy from morning until evening, creating a fun atmosphere without ever being intrusive. There were plenty of activities throughout the day, so it was impossible to get bored. The food was outstanding. It was not only varied, but also of excellent quality. Every meal offered something different, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. It was easily one of the best all-inclusive dining experiences we have had. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with excellent service, great entertainment and outstanding food. We would definitely love to come back.

Hotel was awesome. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and attentive. They had great events and stuff to do for kids. Food was great as well. My only recommendation for the hotel to consider is making a side entry gate to and from the guest parking area so guest don’t have to walk all the way around to the entrance across from the beach. If security is a concern, make the gate accessible using the room keycards that are given to guest to access their rooms with a security camera monitoring the gate.

Absolutely perfect hotel, staff are very pleasant, service is impeccable, food is just amazing. The receptionist was fantastic in addressing the 1 small issue we had and Costa, one of the waiters in the restaurant was also amazing going over and above and with a welcoming smile and a charming character. If you want to go travelling then you will need a car as its not paticularly close to a town but the hotel can arrange you a car and day trips. The beach is literally outside the hotel with a wonderful view of Albanian mountains in the distance. The buffet all inclusive food was amazing, sweets were also amazing, so much choice with over 100 dishes for breakfast, dinner and dessert. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

What a stay! This is the first time we’ve ever wanted to return to the same resort. We truly enjoyed all the facilities at this beautiful place, and even the food was amazing. We stayed in a suite, which was luxurious and spacious enough for the four of us—two adults and two children. Everyone was incredibly kind and polite, from the facility staff and receptionists to the hardworking spa team, the waiters and waitresses, and the chefs. A special thanks to the wonderful animation team, with whom we spent the most time. Thank you, Eros, you're such a charismatic guy and gave so much love to our youngest daughter—you will undoubtedly be a fantastic father one day. Thank you, Pres, for being such a kind and polite person, and a truly lovely friend. Even though you’re not Latin, you both have a great Latin spirit. Thank you, Alex, for being the guy with his heart on the right place and for organizing the daily darts and ping pong games, as well as the volleyball matches together with Pres—we really enjoyed those! Thank you, Martin, for being a good guy, for your great energy and positive spirit. And thank you to the lovely ladies of the animation team for taking such good care of our daughters, especially during the creative mornings, and for the fantastic mini-discos in the evenings—you did an amazing job entertaining everyone. Finally, thank you, Krasimir and your lovely wife, for organizing such a fantastic animation program and for treating your staff so well. It’s clear they see you more as a friend than a boss. We already miss you all and will definitely return to Almyros Beach Resort. Without a doubt, this was a 10 out of 10!

A very disappointing impression was created by a member of the hotel staff responsible for welcoming guests and handling luggage. During the arrival of guests at this five-star hotel, an unprofessional, rude, and arrogant attitude was displayed toward a professional driver who was simply carrying out his duties by transporting the hotel’s guests. Instead of maintaining a respectful and professional interaction, the staff member chose a confrontational and dismissive tone, even going as far as saying, “Make a complaint about me inside.” What makes the incident even more concerning is that it took place in front of a guest who fully understood the Greek language and witnessed the entire interaction firsthand. The impression it created was extremely negative and certainly did not reflect the standards of hospitality expected from a five-star establishment. Professional drivers work with hotels on a daily basis and their sole purpose is to ensure the safe and smooth transportation of guests. Courtesy, professionalism, and mutual respect should be considered basic standards in such interactions. Unfortunately, in this case, the exact opposite was demonstrated. A five-star hotel is expected to deliver excellence not only through its facilities and amenities but also through the conduct of the staff who represent its image. In this instance, the behavior displayed fell far below those expectations and left a lasting negative impression that deserves the attention of management.
