I have a severe nut allergy, so I was extremely nervous about coming on this trip. Eating out can often be stressful and difficult for me, but Grecotel Eva Palace has been the most accommodating hotel I have ever stayed at. Before I even arrived, Panayioti, the Food & Beverage Manager, arranged a meeting with me to discuss my allergies and ensure that appropriate measures would be in place. From that moment on, the level of care and attention I received was exceptional. Chef Alex has prepared my meals separately and safely every day, giving me complete confidence in what I was eating. Every morning at breakfast, Nikoleta has been there to make sure everything is safe for me and has even pre-arranged my dinners. Themis, the other Food & Beverage Manager, has checked in with me daily, messaged to ensure I am safe, and has been present in every restaurant at dinner, overseeing everything and making sure I am happy and comfortable. I have genuinely never experienced this level of care and attention at any hotel or restaurant before. The entire team has gone above and beyond to make me feel safe, relaxed, and able to enjoy my holiday without constantly worrying about my allergy. On top of that, the hotel itself is beautiful. The pool, beach, facilities, and stunning views are fantastic, and every member of staff has been friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. Thank you to everyone at Grecotel Eva Palace for making this such a memorable and stress-free holiday. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially to anyone travelling with food allergies.

My wife and I recently had a wonderful stay at Eva Palace in Corfu and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Our room was very nice, spacious and comfortable, and the view from it was simply magical — we truly enjoyed waking up to it every morning. The hotel offers plenty of options & things to do, to suit different preferences, and the food was great throughout our stay. We visited the "Mediterraneo" & "La Contessa" restaurants, and our experience was perfect with both of them. What stood out the most, however, was the service. The staff were all very polite and attentive, and we were treated exceptionally well from arrival to departure. We had the pleasure of meeting the Hotel Manager, Mr. Angelos Psarras, on several random occasions during our stay. He warmly welcomed us, took the time to talk with us, which made us feel very welcome. We especially want to thank the Hotel Operations Manager, Mr. Miltos Likokas. He was wonderful and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable & valued. His personal attention and genuine hospitality made a real difference to our stay — thank you for treating us so well! These personal interactions really matter, and we are very thankful for it! Eva Palace is a fantastic choice for a comfortable and high-quality stay in Corfu, and we would happily recommend it to anyone. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Eva Palace has two outstanding features: its beautiful setting and its attentive staff. A shout out to Themis, Dimitria by the pool and Ghelena who looked after us like we were family! Food was good, and half board was plenty enough for us. But I’d like to have seen more Greek food! The grounds of the hotel are spectacular with many steps. The pool is lovely (saltwater) and you can (and should) take a speedboat ride - a total highlight - to the other hotels. Rooms are clean and roomy with amazing views. The pillows were too soft though and the WiFi needs some improving as it drops off a lot. All in all we had a wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend it enough. Corfu and its people are beautiful.

We just got back from the Grecotel and had a half board (breakfast & lunch/dinner) The hotel itself is very pretty and embedded into the cliffs. Location is great, staff are kind, and the beach was gorgeous. That being said the food was a MAJOR let down for a supposed 5 star hotel. Breakfast: The eggs were beyond awful, cold and overdone. Unlike any other similar 5 star resort where you can get fresh eggs/omlettes made. Here they would flat out refuse and point you to the stale and gross eggs they had sitting under heat lamps. Bacon was also the worst I’ve ever had. Like chewing plastic. The lunch and dinner wasn’t much better, any proteins were a major miss. We ended up eating out most of the time. Salad bar was pretty good, and so was the choice of breads, but they really skimped out on the proteins. Tried the pasta bolognaise in the end and it was awful too. Don’t get me wrong we had a great trip overall but the food was beyond average and not what you would expect from a 5 star resort.

We had a wonderful stay at Grecotel Eva Palace and this trip was extra special because it was our baby’s first international holiday. We were a little nervous travelling with a baby for the first time, but the experience turned out to be amazing. The rooms were comfortable, clean and had beautiful views, which made our stay even more relaxing. The hotel surroundings are stunning and created a peaceful atmosphere for our family holiday. What stood out the most was the friendliness and kindness of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Travelling with a baby can sometimes feel challenging, but the staff made things much easier and always greeted us warmly. The food, facilities and overall experience were excellent, and we created memories we will always cherish as a family. Thank you to the whole team at Grecotel Eva Palace for making our baby’s first international trip such a memorable one. We would happily recommend this hotel and would love to visit again in the future.
