We have now stayed at Palladium White Island twice—10 days last year and 6 days this year—and once again it exceeded all of our expectations. We honestly couldn’t recommend it more. The hotel is absolutely amazing. The food is outstanding, with so much variety, and the à la carte restaurants are exceptional. Every meal was delicious, and the drinks were fantastic with plenty of choice and great quality. A special thank you to Jaime, the manager, who truly went above and beyond for us during our stay. He is an incredible manager who genuinely cares about his guests and made our holiday even more special. We would also like to thank Maria, who was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. Her support meant a lot to us. Every single member of staff deserves recognition—from reception and Guest Services to the bar staff, restaurant teams, and housekeeping. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything you need. They make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The hotel itself is spotless, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere is relaxing, and it’s clear that the staff take great pride in keeping everything to such a high standard. Thank you to everyone at Palladium White Island for another unforgettable holiday. We can’t wait to come back again!

A Perfect Stay at Grand Palladium White Island The best holiday we have ever had! We absolutely loved our stay at Grand Palladium White Island Resort. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious with a great variety every day, the drinks were excellent, and our room was always clean and comfortable. The beach is just a short walk away, which made everything even more enjoyable. The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the hotel, and the location is perfect, especially if you want to visit Ushuaïa Ibiza, which is only a few minutes away. The staff were outstanding. The service, hospitality, and kindness of everyone made us feel welcome every single day. Thank you for making our holiday so special. We truly love this hotel, and this was the most beautiful holiday we have ever had. Thank you so much, and we will definitely see you again next year! ❤️

I am still in the hotel staying here but I wanted to tell how enjoyable my stay is going. I enjoyed the spacious, rooms, good service and wonderful ala carte Mediterranean restaurant. I liked the gourmet collection menu and the service personnel Chiara, Pres and Abdel for their wonderful hospitality and service. The food was exquisite and I congratulate the chef The hotel does not have lounge chairs on the beach , you have to go to the beach by exiting the hotel if you want to swim in the sea which is a few steps away The night clubs are pretty in short distance like 10-15 minutes via a taxi and the airport is close I am enjoying my stay here and would like to recommend anyone fır astay who wants to come to Ibiza

Our May 2026 stay at the Grand Palladium was very good. The location near the airport is brilliant, as the transfer time is so quick, and we also enjoyed seeing the planes taking off. The decor is modern and the hotel, toilets, restaurant and rooms were always very clean. We had some issues with the sofa bed in our room and we had to move rooms which was a little stressful, but the manager and staff were very accommodating and we were compensated with access to the other buffet restaurant and swimming pools. Having that access definitely made our holiday better. The swimming pools were very good, especially the quieter one. The waiters and bar staff were friendly and helpful. We found that drinks were not always offered at breakfast at the buffet, and coffee, glasses and cups were not always replenished in the room. One aspect that could not be faulted was the kids club entertainment and staff; they were amazing. Samuel, Dani and Claudia, among others, always made our daughter feel so special. Our little girl loved to spend time with them at kids club during the day and at mini disco in the evening. The shows after mini disco were brilliant, so much better than shows we have seen on previous holidays at different hotels. The beach just outside the hotel was great for a morning walk after breakfast, and the water was so clear and warm. Another highlight was the sparrows, geckos and lizards who often made an appearance. Our stay wasn’t always perfect, but we had a wonderful time as a family at this hotel, and made some great memories.

Our stay at the Palladium White Island Resort and Spa has been absolutely incredible, and a huge part of that is thanks to the bar manager, Ghane! From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with the warmest hospitality and made us feel right at home. ​Not only does he mix fantastic drinks, but he also went completely above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience in Ibiza. He gave us amazing, insider recommendations for local dining (both inside and outside the resort) and shared excellent tips on the best clubs and DJs performing during our stay.
