We had an amazing experience at the Grand Palladium White Island Resort & Spa. Naiara and her colleagues in the guest services team were absolutely brilliant throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to help us, arranging dinner reservations and activities with exceptional care and efficiency. During our holiday, our daughter unfortunately lost her comfort bunny among the bed linen and laundry. As you can imagine, she was very upset. Naiara personally took the time to search the laundry room and, to our immense relief, found it for us. We are incredibly grateful for her kindness, dedication, and willingness to help. This level of service truly made our stay memorable. We cannot thank Naiara enough, and we look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended!

Our May 2026 stay at the Grand Palladium was very good. The location near the airport is brilliant, as the transfer time is so quick, and we also enjoyed seeing the planes taking off. The decor is modern and the hotel, toilets, restaurant and rooms were always very clean. We had some issues with the sofa bed in our room and we had to move rooms which was a little stressful, but the manager and staff were very accommodating and we were compensated with access to the other buffet restaurant and swimming pools. Having that access definitely made our holiday better. The swimming pools were very good, especially the quieter one. The waiters and bar staff were friendly and helpful. We found that drinks were not always offered at breakfast at the buffet, and coffee, glasses and cups were not always replenished in the room. One aspect that could not be faulted was the kids club entertainment and staff; they were amazing. Samuel, Dani and Claudia, among others, always made our daughter feel so special. Our little girl loved to spend time with them at kids club during the day and at mini disco in the evening. The shows after mini disco were brilliant, so much better than shows we have seen on previous holidays at different hotels. The beach just outside the hotel was great for a morning walk after breakfast, and the water was so clear and warm. Another highlight was the sparrows, geckos and lizards who often made an appearance. Our stay wasn’t always perfect, but we had a wonderful time as a family at this hotel, and made some great memories.

The hotel is not really 5 stars. I would say 4. The rooms are spacious and really clean. The pools are great and the buffet is really nice. The employees make this place so much better, they are all great, really hard working, fun and effective. Specially Choco from the pool bar is great! To the parents with kods, there is a kids club where the kods can enjoy fun times for free so you can relax, the team is really caring and fun. Kids wanna go every day! Im loving our stay here😍

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Palladium White Island Resort & Spa and were thoroughly impressed throughout. The hotel itself is excellent, with great facilities and a fantastic atmosphere. The food was consistently high quality, offering a wide variety in the main restaurant along with several excellent à la carte options that really enhanced the overall dining experience. What really stood out to us, however, was the professionalism of the management team. They were visible, approachable and clearly take great pride in running a well-organised hotel. Their leadership is reflected in the smooth day-to-day operation and the high standards maintained across the resort. The staff were friendly, attentive and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. The location is also ideal, especially with Ushuaïa just a short walk away. An all-round excellent stay — we would happily return and highly recommend it to others visiting Ibiza.

Incredible resort with fantastic activities and staff! ​Our stay at the Grand Palladium Resort was absolutely amazing! The property itself is stunning, beautifully maintained, and features top-notch amenities. Every corner of the resort feels like paradise, and the overall atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. ​A major highlight of our trip was the sports facilities, specifically the tennis courts. Being a complete beginner, I was a bit nervous, but the trainers, Jeorge and Daniel, were incredible! They were so cooperative, patient, and tailored the session perfectly to my level. They made learning the sport an absolute blast and brought so much positive energy to the court. ​Between the gorgeous property and the fantastic staff like Jeorge and Daniel, this resort truly offers an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!
