We just came back from 5 wonderful nights at Aguas de Ibiza and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic, breakfast was delicious and plentiful, room was clean and the view from our balcony was amazing. But honestly, what made the stay for us was the staff, which included check-in (Gabi in particular was fantastic and great with my kids), restaurant and pool team, the Lou and Inez at kids club (which made my kids want to go daily, so it was a huge win in my book!), John at concierge (and the other woman who helped us figure out a plan on a poor weather day, I didn't catch her name!), and the cleaning and maintenance team. I'd say that the rooms could maybe use a bit of a refresh, but overall the building and facilities were quite lovely. We didn't get to use the spa, unfortunately, but we walked down to the area and it was gorgeous. We had a few small issues, first was the air con wasn't working our first night, and upon calling the front desk at 10 PM, maintenance was up on our room fixing it within 5 minutes. Separately, my son broke a bottle of water also late at night and a super kind team member was up within 3 minutes with a broom and vacuum cleaner. I would love to come back to visit the team on our next trip to Ibiza!

We spent our wedding anniversary here in this beautifully appointed hotel , the staff were happy, friendly and very helpful, Marina manager of client services and John the concierge manager were exceptionally helpful . All 3 restaurants were exceptional food was beautifully prepared,presented & delicious. Daily spa facilities and outdoor pool with cocktail service were excellent. We look forward to returning in the near future 🙏🏼

Don’t let the photos fool you. We booked Aguste Ibiza based on the room listing and what we received looked nothing like what was advertised — different layout, different feel, significantly less impressive. False advertising, plain and simple. Where do I even start with the room itself. There’s a panel of buttons on the headboard that looks very sleek and high-end — except not a single one of them does anything. We pressed every combination trying to control the lights, the curtains, the ambiance. Nothing. Decorative buttons. On a bed. In a hotel charging these prices. Speaking of curtains — they don’t work either. Manual or otherwise, they barely move. So much for blackout sleep in Ibiza. The air conditioning was the real nightmare. It either doesn’t function or takes so long to respond that it’s completely useless. We were genuinely sweating in the middle of the night with zero ability to cool the room down. Not acceptable at any price point, let alone this one. The Wi-Fi password provided doesn’t connect in the room because the room is apparently as far from any router as physically possible in the building. We had to stand in the hallway to get a signal. Pillows are flat and cheap — the kind you’d expect in a budget hostel, not here. We tried the restaurant hoping to salvage the experience. Bland, uninspired food with no sense of place or creativity. Ibiza has incredible food everywhere — this kitchen missed the memo entirely. Save your money. There are far better options on this island.

The staff and rooftop pool were awesome. There were broken things in our room and general feel of unrepaired wear. However the 1-star issue was that we were charged twice. And after explaining the situation they refused to reverse it. They require a deposit which is fine, however we didn’t see this email until the day we were going to check in. So we tried to pay the deposit and got an error on the site (and no payment confirmation). So we assumed we were too late paying (which would also be fine). So we booked again day of, paid that deposit, and thought we were fine. However the first payment did go through. Not having payment confirmation emails is ridiculous, and just saying that "cancelled bookings aren't refundable" when we obviously did stay there is even more so.

Staff are poor, hotel is in need of investment and still waiting on a deposit to be repaid. Also at the end of our trip, additional charges have been made for reasons which they cannot explain. A shame as the location and hotel could be very nice.
