We spent our honeymoon here during the first week of June, and overall we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is elegant, beautifully designed, and has a stylish yet relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in the Corner Suite with daily spa access, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The housekeeping staff visited several times a day to keep everything tidy and well stocked, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, on the day of our arrival, there were a few details that seemed to have been overlooked. There were some residues left in the bathroom, the shower drain had not been reassembled after cleaning, and a spoon had been left next to the bathtub. These were minor issues, but they gave a less-than-perfect first impression. Another small point is that the spa area is starting to show its age, and we felt that the pools could benefit from a little more maintenance and attention to detail. It is such a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location that it would be great to see these facilities maintained to the same high standard as the rest of the property. That said, we truly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was outstanding, with an excellent selection of high-quality food, and the service throughout the hotel was attentive, professional, and welcoming. We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived and had a truly relaxing honeymoon. Despite the few minor issues, we would definitely come back and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Significant room for improvement. I recently visited here with my family. We had three rooms. The stay was OK but it is absolutely not a 5 star hotel. The good: The hotel itself is quite nice with the reception areas and pool areas generally clean and tidy. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, and feel warm and genuine. The restaurant on the rooftop is superb - truly excellent food and our waiter was great. Separate review left for the restaurant. The average/bad: Bits of the hotel and rooms are generally just a bit tatty or broken. The sand area around the second pool needs loads more sand - the felt below is poking out in places. There is no towel station so you have to go off and hunt for towels or a member of staff with towels. The valve to divert the shower from the head to the handheld needed a ridiculous amount of force to move and the handle was snapped off. I had to use a hand towel to move it to give enough grip and stop me cutting my hand open on the metal. The room constantly had a damp smell and we all developed a cough while there. The aircon controls are slow or intermittently unresponsive. The aircon in the room of one of my family members didn't work. We had ants on 2 days, although they did come and spray which got rid of them. The keypads for curtains, lights, etc are partially broken or unresponsive. The service at breakfast is slow - in a 5* hotel you should be seated and your eggs/coffee order taken straight away. We would wait 10-15 mins for someone to arrive, even though it was very quiet. Some of the breakfast staff were nice and helpful, others less so. The food itself was pretty good. It's not a huge hotel so there isn't an enormous selection of food, but all very nice. The location is great and just 10-12 mins walk through the marina to get into town. When we checked out, there were at least 2 x pool/bar bills added to our room which were not us. On inspection of the tickets, it looked like someone had tried to replicate my name/signature although it absolutely was not our order or my handwriting. The hotel were very understanding and refunded this immediately and without further question, which was of course reassuring. The stay was OK and nothing ruined it as such, but I probably wouldn't stay here again unless it were clear that there had been improvements and perhaps refurbishments of the rooms.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely not a 5-star hotel This has been one of the biggest disappointments we’ve ever experienced at a luxury hotel. We paid over €8,000 for our stay, expecting a true 5-star experience. Instead, we got the complete opposite. The air conditioning does not work. Every single day we were told that someone would come to fix it, but nothing ever happened. When we asked for updates, the staff kept saying it would be fixed “within a day or two,” yet the problem remained unresolved throughout our stay. Sleeping in the room was incredibly uncomfortable due to the heat. The housekeeping is far below 5-star standards. The rooms are cleaned poorly, and there is a constant musty, damp smell that makes the room feel unpleasant. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The breakfast room is unbearably hot because of the lack of proper air conditioning. It became so uncomfortable that our daughter couldn’t even eat because of the heat. This hotel simply does not deserve its 5-star rating. For this price, you should expect exceptional comfort, service, and maintenance—not broken promises and basic facilities that don’t work. If you’re considering staying here, book OKU Ibiza or The Grand instead. You may pay a little more, but at least you’ll receive the level of quality and service that a luxury hotel is supposed to provide. We would never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a genuine 5-star experience.

Overall, wasn't super impressed for how expensive the hotel was. When we arrived, the air conditioning wasn't working well so the rooms never got very cool. Also, most of the lights in our room just didn't work. We asked the front desk several times to fix this and sometimes they would work after the checked it out, but most of the time they didn't or we couldn't turn them off (which obviously made sleeping impossible). Additionally, the bathrooms needed some TLC - we had several tiles missing in our shower, which water is clearly getting into so I know there has to be a mold issue, which didn't feel safe. Again, for this being a 5 star hotel and the price of this, I just wasn't impressed and will not be returning here.

I didn’t have a great time here. I had done some research online to find nice, boutique five star hotels in Ibiza and I initially thought this would be the perfect choice; however, I was let down in almost every aspect. For context, I had booked one of the signature suites (corner suite) with a friend and the hotel website advertises it as having the option for two separate twin beds in the room (the online description). I have used this option at many five star hotels previously and never had any issues. The hotel reception also guaranteed that this was available before my arrival so I went ahead with the booking. On arrival, everyone at the front desk then suddenly changed tone indicating that this was “subject to availability” which was most definitely not what was advertised. The corner suite was also advertised as having “180 degree views over the city” - in reality, the suite overlooks a construction site. The standard of the service all round was also not that of a five star and I definitely feel that this establishment is more like a 4 star experience. The only positive experience I had here was the rooftop pool which had nice views and while the servers were very polite, it is severely understaffed and on many occasions, I had to find someone to assist with orders. I had a pretty terrible time here and on departure, the only compensation that was offered after not having the room I paid for was a 40 euro meal discount. I would most definitely not recommend this place and encourage anyone else to not be fooled by the marketing - I would 100% not be staying here when I’m back in Ibiza.
