We stayed at the hotel for 7 days and overall had a mixed experience, with some very positive aspects but also several areas that could definitely be improved. First of all, the welcome upon arrival was very warm and pleasant. However, the reception staff could be more attentive, helpful, and informative. One of the biggest issues was the lack of information about the hotel’s facilities and services. There were several services and areas we had access to that we only discovered almost at the end of our stay. Guests should receive a clear explanation of everything the hotel offers upon arrival. The service staff deserve a special mention. The waiters, housekeeping team, bartenders, and especially the ladies working in the reservations department were all very kind, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was one of the weakest points of our stay. Both the variety and, more importantly, the quality need significant improvement for a hotel of this level. Another challenge was communication, as many members of staff speak very limited English. In an international hotel, better English communication would make a big difference to the guest experience. We also felt there was a lack of activities and entertainment. The hotel has a beautiful lounge area next to Sirtaki which, in our opinion, has a lot of potential but is currently underused. It could become a great evening venue and add much more atmosphere to the hotel. A special mention goes to Enes, the waiter at the beach. He works very hard and does his best, but he is responsible for a very large area. He clearly needs additional support, especially during busy hours, so guests can receive faster service. The spa was excellent. We were very satisfied with both the facilities and the quality of the service there. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential and some excellent staff members. With better food quality, more activities, improved communication in English, better information for guests, and stronger organization in certain areas, the overall experience could be significantly improved.

This is my first day at the hotel, and I still have two more days remaining in my stay, so I would like to share my initial impressions honestly and constructively. My main observation is that the sandy beach and swimming area are significantly smaller than they appear in the promotional photos. This was quite surprising upon arrival, as I had expected a larger beachfront experience, especially for a resort of this category. In addition, the service has not yet met my expectations. Responses to guest requests have often been slow, and many staff members do not display the level of warmth, friendliness, and attentiveness that guests would typically expect from a luxury resort. A welcoming attitude and genuine hospitality are essential elements of the guest experience, and I believe there is considerable room for improvement in this area. On the positive side, the hotel is exceptionally clean, the rooms are comfortable and very well maintained, and the food buffet is truly outstanding in terms of quality, variety, and overall presentation. I sincerely hope that the remaining days of my stay will provide an even better experience, as the property clearly has many excellent qualities. With improvements in service standards and guest engagement, this resort has the potential to be among the finest destinations in the region.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort and truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The service exceeded our expectations and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.The food ,facilities, and overall atmosphere were excellent. We would especially like to thank Mr. Burhan for his kindness,professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, and his dedication truly made a difference to our experience. A big thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special. We highly recommend this resort and will definitely return in the future

I booked this hotel for 10 nights, so I feel I can give a fair and honest review The hotel itself and its location are absolutely outstanding. The views and scenery are simply breathtaking and impossible to describe in words. Waking up to such beautiful landscapes every day was an unforgettable experience. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything. A special thank you to the guys working on the beach. Unfortunately, I don’t remember their names, but they truly made our vacation special with their kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude. The only aspect that disappointed me was the food. In my opinion, the restaurant was the weakest part of the hotel. This applied to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Personally, I didn’t have a single meal that really stood out, and I found the food quite underwhelming I also found the entertainment program to be rather weak. After a few days, I became bored, and I hadn’t realized beforehand how important that would be for my vacation. Because of this, I decided to leave on the sixth day instead of staying for the full ten nights Apart from these two points, everything else was excellent. The hotel, the location, the service, and the staff were all truly top-notch.

I ended up checking out early and did not complete my stay at this hotel. I booked this hotel expecting a relaxing and peaceful getaway, but unfortunately my experience was quite different from what I had anticipated. The hotel is very family-oriented, which may be perfect for families with children, but it was not the atmosphere I was looking for. The overall vibe did not feel relaxing to me, and I ultimately decided not to continue the remainder of my stay. The food was acceptable, but not particularly memorable, and I believe the room quality could benefit from some improvements considering the price point. I understand that my reservation was non-refundable. However, after arriving and realizing the hotel was not the right fit for me, I made several attempts to cancel my remaining two nights. Unfortunately, there was no flexibility at all regarding this request. While I respect the hotel’s policies, I believe a more guest-focused approach and some flexibility in these situations would greatly improve the overall experience. That said, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Hassan for his kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service throughout our stay. His helpful attitude was truly appreciated and made a positive difference to our experience. This hotel may be a good choice for families, but I would not recommend it for travelers looking for a quiet and relaxing adults-oriented stay.
