I ended up checking out early and did not complete my stay at this hotel. I booked this hotel expecting a relaxing and peaceful getaway, but unfortunately my experience was quite different from what I had anticipated. The hotel is very family-oriented, which may be perfect for families with children, but it was not the atmosphere I was looking for. The overall vibe did not feel relaxing to me, and I ultimately decided not to continue the remainder of my stay. The food was acceptable, but not particularly memorable, and I believe the room quality could benefit from some improvements considering the price point. I understand that my reservation was non-refundable. However, after arriving and realizing the hotel was not the right fit for me, I made several attempts to cancel my remaining two nights. Unfortunately, there was no flexibility at all regarding this request. While I respect the hotel’s policies, I believe a more guest-focused approach and some flexibility in these situations would greatly improve the overall experience. That said, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Hassan for his kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service throughout our stay. His helpful attitude was truly appreciated and made a positive difference to our experience. This hotel may be a good choice for families, but I would not recommend it for travelers looking for a quiet and relaxing adults-oriented stay.

We have not regretted choosing this hotel for a single minute. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff has been incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. The service truly deserves 5 stars. The food, drinks, and overall atmosphere are outstanding. Everything is well organized, and the attention to detail makes our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Nejla, the waitress on the beach, for her exceptional service. She is always kind, attentive, and welcoming. Our family, especially our little daughter Mira, feels very well looked after thanks to her. Thank you to the whole team for maintaining such a high standard of service. We are having a wonderful holiday and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bodrum. We still have 7 days left of our holiday, but based on our experience so far, we are absolutely confident that the rest of our stay will be just as amazing. Keep up the fantastic work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Mirada Exclusive Bodrum and will definitely be coming back! From the moment we arrived, the customer service at reception was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. A special thank you to the lovely team in the restaurant and buffet area, especially Sidellya and Nurrau, who made every meal such a pleasant experience with their kindness and attentiveness. The kids club team were absolutely amazing as well — so caring, energetic, and wonderful with children. They truly made the holiday extra special for families. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is friendly, relaxing, and luxurious. Lovely people, fantastic service, and beautiful memories made. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bodrum!

This is my first day at the hotel, and I still have two more days remaining in my stay, so I would like to share my initial impressions honestly and constructively. My main observation is that the sandy beach and swimming area are significantly smaller than they appear in the promotional photos. This was quite surprising upon arrival, as I had expected a larger beachfront experience, especially for a resort of this category. In addition, the service has not yet met my expectations. Responses to guest requests have often been slow, and many staff members do not display the level of warmth, friendliness, and attentiveness that guests would typically expect from a luxury resort. A welcoming attitude and genuine hospitality are essential elements of the guest experience, and I believe there is considerable room for improvement in this area. On the positive side, the hotel is exceptionally clean, the rooms are comfortable and very well maintained, and the food buffet is truly outstanding in terms of quality, variety, and overall presentation. I sincerely hope that the remaining days of my stay will provide an even better experience, as the property clearly has many excellent qualities. With improvements in service standards and guest engagement, this resort has the potential to be among the finest destinations in the region.

Overall a great stay but need some minor improvements to truly be a 5 star. 1. As non smokers we could not enjoy any dining or drinking outside as nearly every time we would be inhaling seconds hand smoke from neighbouring tables. As a pregnant woman I would have expected more of a European approach where smokers have designated areas to smoke or smoking is simply not allowed in dining areas. 2. Food options and entertainment requires more variety. It was practically the same music and food everyday with the exception of some very minor changes. Given it was Eid week it would have been great to have some cultural and truly Turkish entertainment and food rather than cover songs from cheesy European bands. 3. The costs of other services like the spa treatments, in hotel shops, shisha and jet ski hire are extortionate, in some cases twice the price of most European countries. The massage ladies look bored senseless as they simply don't have any work and you can see why with the charges on the menu. These costs need to be reviewed. However, to end on a high. 1. The beach is simply gorgeous. Crystal clear water, nice loungers and excellent attentive staff. 2. Rooms are super comfortable and clean. 3. Sauna, hammam and steam room are a lovely touch to enjoy after a day on the beach. 4. I want to highlight a number of staff offering exceptional customer service including Enes (on the beach), Nejla and Selina (from the cafe), the cafe waitress in the evening who delivers the drinks (can't remember her name), the cleaners on the beach who work tirelessly to keep it clean and replace all the towels, and all the bell boys who always bring energy and a smile every day.
