Our family had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We were traveling with two children, and right from the check-in process, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed. As a thoughtful gesture, they gave our kids two adorable hotel plush toys, which immediately brought big smiles to their faces. It was a small detail, but it made a wonderful first impression and showed how attentive and considerate the staff were toward families. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. Everything in the room was tidy, comfortable, and organized, allowing us to relax after a long day of exploring the city. One feature we really appreciated was the self-service amenities station. Being able to conveniently pick up the toiletries and supplies we needed at any time was both practical and efficient. The staff throughout our stay were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions we had. Their positive attitude added to the overall comfort of our experience. Most importantly, the location of the hotel is excellent. Chinatown MRT station is just downstairs, making it extremely convenient to travel anywhere in the city. This unbeatable location saved us a lot of time and made getting around with two children much easier. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to other families.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were warm and hospitable, and the view from our room was beautiful. As I was getting married the next day, the hotel prepared a handwritten card and a chocolate cake for us. It was such a sweet gesture that really warmed my heart. The location is also very convenient. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended!

We booked the executive club room with lounge access. Room was everything we needed, clean, quiet and comfortable. Lounge access included all day refreshments and unlimited alcohol between 6 and 8. Ivy was on duty every night and was fantastic. Very friendly and she made sure we where well looked after. Would definitely stay again

Had a wonderful buffet lunch at Tiffany Café & Restaurant at the hotel, and it truly exceeded expectations. The variety of food is impressive—there’s something for everyone, and everything is well-prepared. The laksa is a standout, rich and fragrant with just the right amount of spice. The braised mutton was fall-apart tender and packed with flavour, and the salmon was fresh and beautifully done. I couldn’t get enough. The dessert spread is a real treat—I especially loved the durian pengyet; creamy, indulgent, and absolutely delicious. The salad table deserves a special mention too—it’s so well put together, with a great selection of fresh ingredients and dressings. What made the meal even more enjoyable was the excellent service.Jane, Ivy and Alice were friendly, attentive, and lightning-fast at clearing plates, which kept our table neat without feeling rushed. The great service standards here really elevate the whole dining experience. Highly recommend Tiffany Café for a satisfying buffet lunch. Will definitely be back!

Was here to celebrate my bday. Dining experience was pleasant… spread is good for price paid. Staff is friendly and helpful too. Both Agnes and Desmond are two friendly staff we came across at the restaurant. Agnes is extremely helpful and feels like a motherly figure. Will definitely come back again. Thanks!
