We had a wonderful stay at Furama RiverFront during our family trip to Singapore. We are from Vietnam and travelled with our young child, and the whole experience was excellent. The room was comfortable, the hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The service in Singapore was already impressive, and Furama RiverFront definitely lived up to that standard. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back on our next trip to Singapore. Nancy, the hotel housekeeper, provides highly professional service. She thoroughly cleans rooms daily, keeps all areas spotless and fully restocks amenities. Quiet and polite, she respects guests’ privacy and tidies personal items carefully. Diligent and thoughtful, her careful work greatly improves guest experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Furama River Front hotel, but the absolute highlight was the break fast crew. A special thank you goes to ISKANDER who assisted us every morning. He truly went above to make our breakfast extra special, with his attentive, kind, and helpful service. His wonderful hospitality gave us the perfect start to our day. Our hotel attendant, Iskander, was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. His local knowledge was outstanding, and the recommendations he gave us for places to visit, things to do, and where to eat genuinely made our trip even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile, making us feel valued as guests. Shout out to Amir and Dextor aswell! The hotel itself was kept spotless throughout our stay, and our room was phenomenal—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Between the excellent facilities and Iskander's outstanding hospitality, this was a truly memorable stay. He is a real credit to the hotel, and we would happily stay here again because of the exceptional service we received.
