Nice modern and clean hotel. Good location nice choice of pools as well as beach option and infinity pool. The pool by the bar was quite noisy but the main pool was quieter so it is nice to have the options. The buffet restaurant was excellent. Good choice of food and even though it was really busy we could get a table and food easily because of the staff clearing the tables were excellent. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Air-conditioning was OK and the bathrooms were clean and modern. Communications prior to our stay great. The hotel also organized airport transfers which made life easy for us. The staff were not the friendliest in the world compared to many hotels I have stayed in. The cleaners were also quite rude by constantly knocking on our door even though the time for checkout had not been reached. we therefore felt uncomfortable and pressurized to leave the room before the midday checkout time. This pretty much tarnished our stay and was the abiding memory when we checked out which is a shame.

Best hotel in a long time! Friendly staff and very clean, rooms cleaned very well daily. Would definitely recommend a sea view it was amazing! Food was a very good standard and constantly refreshed in the buffet restaurant with a gluten free section. Had some lovely meals here, didn’t try their other restaurants but they looked very good. Lovely pools & gardens with access from the hotel to a beach and sunset grill. We were allowed access to the restaurant for drinks at 3.30am waiting for our taxi to the airport…first class service here, will visit again!

Great hotel. Accommodation was fine (though we did move rooms due to a growing ants nest). Pools are lovely and not too busy, we were always able to get loungers. We went B&B which was definitely the right choice. We had one evening meal in the main restaurant and it was volume over flavour. Plenty of good restaurants to choose from nearby for similar money but greater quality (including two in-house).

Stayed here for a week in July 2023 and were overall quite happy. This hotel complex in St. Paul’s Bay is large and includes several restaurants and pools, with access to the sea within the hotel itself. The rooms are quite nice, the staff was friendly and professional, and the breakfast was decent. However, the AC was throttled in our room: If we wanted to go below 25 degrees Celsius, it would turn off, which was annoying because it was then very hot at night. If there is an AC, it’s disingenuous not to make it available more fully! The breakfast was also overly busy and didn’t feel relaxing at all. Sometimes we had trouble finding a table and the set-up feels crammed and not appealing. The food variety was limited, so the breakfast was samey after a few days. The hotel could try and offer more variation, for example mixing the fruit up more and providing crepes one day instead of hash browns or pancakes. Another negative thing was that they wouldn’t give out sun umbrellas at the seaside one of the days, saying it was too windy, but without sun protection/shade, it was way too hot to be in the plain sun given the high temperatures. And at the pool area there was an insufficient number of sun loungers and sun umbrellas for the number of hotel patrons. The hotel should sort this out as climate change means summers like these could be the norm rather than the exception in the future. The restaurants we went to for dinner within the hotel complex were quite nice. Overall, I would give 3.5 stars if I could.

There is not one good thing I can say about this hotel. Absolutely everything is far below average and this is a 4 star hotel. Absolutely everything is low budget, the hotel has a very unpleasant smell, the area around the pool on the beach is extremely neglected and unkempt. The first night when we arrived, we were given a room in which it was literally impossible to breathe because of the stench of dampness and mold. We immediately asked for a new one and the kind manageress gave us a new room because she also felt how unpleasant the smell was. But it wasn't great in the new one either. The room was looking at big bags full of trash from the hotel and some unfinished parts of the hotel too. It was constantly extremely noisy at night, there was a big stain and moisture damage on the ceiling in the bathroom, and we also had ants in the room (I read on the reviews that we were not the only ones who had problems with ants and moisture) . It's honestly a shame that a hotel like this has 4 stars, I've stayed in places with less stars and got everything as if I was in a hotel with 5. The spa is also below average, neglected, cables and electricity are sticking out above the sauna. The crowds at breakfast are huge and it's very unpleasant, and we were even out of season. Honestly, I recommend you to skip visiting this hotel, save your nerves and peace of mind.
