We stayed as family with our 3 year old one week in January 2026 in the db Seabank Resort and Spa hotel. We had a family room (poolside) with AI. We enjoyed it very much. Hotel offers nice inside activites (Wellness, very warm indoor pools [1x 0,3m, 1x 0,9m, 1x 1,2m and a Jacuzzi], kids-playground and many more). We did not even use all facilities. The food was very good and varied daily. Also the offered a-la-carte restaurants were really good and in January it was easy to get a table. The offering of Cola, Fanta & Kinnie and more was great, and we also enjoyed the beer and good mixed cocktails. Only the coffee could be better, but it was still fine. The staff is highly motivated and very friendly. We had some issues in our room (heating, hair dryer), but after reporting them they were fixed promptly. We had the impression, that the hotel has well implemented and exectuted processes and is focused on a good customer experience. The hotel is located on a sandy beach, separated by a busy road (pedestrian traffic light available). However, our room (poolside) was very quiet. The busy road has the advantage of many bus-lines stopping directly infront of the hotel. Location in the north of the island offered some nice kids-friendly activities (trip to Gozo, National Aquarium, Popeye Village, ...). Overall it was a nice stay in the db Seabank Resort and Spa hotel.

Great service at the bar, especially I'm impressed by the work of the bartender Michael. There are beautiful rooms, the food is delicious, especially the deserts. The rooms are beautifully maintained and I am very pleased with the room service. The hotel's location is beautiful and, in my opinion, underrated. It's a 20-minute walk to the center of the beautiful town of Mellieha, and another 20 minutes to Papaya Village and its stunning cliffs. Buses run constantly, so transportation is excellent.

Lovely hotel for 3rd year here..!! The staff are all wonderful, especially behind the Lobby Bar, they work so hard. Melessa, she makes a great mojito and Push, Alvin, Bibash & Michael all the staff are wonderful..! We go to the DB Seabank every January. We're here for 3 weeks this year. The food is delicious, no complaints, with speciality restaurants and great buffet restaurant that caters for all tastes.. The dance team in the Dome for the entertainment are really hard working and make every event spectacular.. The singers are great too...! There's a solo guitarist Philip Velar that plays some nights and he's really really talented and plays great songs...! A must see..! The indoor pool and spa are really good and the outdoor pool is spotless with lovely comfortable sun loungers.. what more can I say.? The wonderful beach is across the road too and right in front of them hotel are the bus stops, if you want to explore the island...! All in all a wonderful hotel and we will be back next year.!!

My Husband and I decided to travel to Malta first the first time. We stayed at Seabank hotel and spa, absolutely beautiful place, very clean, rooms were spacious, whether you had a Seaview or land view it was breathtaking! Many pools, jacuzzi, spa, many restaurants plus entertainment, day excursions etc,, the beach across the street was very clean and tidy, now the staff are on another level, we met China in the main restaurant and several others, the first day we arrived, she was so welcoming, helpful, lovely to talk to, hope to see her again! Then there's Michael in the many bars, he is so friendly, full of jokes my husband loved talking to him, he was great! We were also impressed with the service we received from adarsh from housekeeping we always asking if we wanted anything for our room or having cleaned! Those three staff members were our favourite, we hope to see them again, exceptional service Thank you for making our short stay memorable! Looking forward to coming back! Evon & Cherean

On the whole I enjoyed the two week stay but I don’t know if I’d stay again. I used the hotel more as a base. The hotel is very big with lots of people. I felt it needed a comfortable adult only lounge with maybe a pianist or soft music playing. I found the buffet style food mediocre and found it was best to eat early before everybody ploughed in. Many putting the serving utensils back on top of the food after handling them. The Brazilian barbecue was a disappointment after reading the information before hand. The door was open to the Dome and children ran to and fro getting ice cream, taking it back into the very noisy Dome area. The meat wasn’t carved at the table, as advertised and tended to be dry and some was burnt. The drink dispensing area was a mess. The room I had overlooking the dome and pool was lovely though and kept spotlessly clean by Riya. She’s a very pleasant lady and is always smiling. If I did return it would be during school time. The majority of the children were well behaved but you had to wonder where some parents were when children were running along corridors at midnight. One lady I met, remarked that there were children shouting outside her room at 4.30am on a couple of mornings. The hotel staff is very friendly and the majority work tirelessly.
