Spending two nights in this unique and marvelous hotel was like dream comes true.The rooms were clean and tidy with large space ,like living in heaven. Kids were really enjoying the place. Services of each and every one's were so good and excellent. Kids enjoyed all the facilities provided by hotel and staffs especially the Aqua land bijou . The team and leadership of Mr Ajay BEEKHARRY was one of the best and no doubt of their generosity and taking care of guests was like feeling at home. The place is so entertaining, that anyone would like to come here again and again. Thanks , Mr Ajay BEEKHARRY, you made our stay very nice. Hope to see u again if The mighty wishes so. God bless.

Actually I’m in holiday from Uk and decided to spend the day with my friends at crystal. Thank to Mr. Ajay for accommodating us and to make us feel loved and pampered.Our day started with Breakfast which was great and lots of selection to choose. The lunch buffet with lots of choice and live cooking which we enjoyed lots. Beach service was very rapid and thanks to Divya and team. Belle vue and around the pool we had some great cocktails. Mr. Rakesh who met us and gave us a room for changing which really made our day special. Once again thank to Ajay and team to make us feel so important. Soon will come back and will recommend this hotel to our friends.

The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious, the food was delicious with great variety, and the overall service was excellent. It truly felt like a home away from home. A special mention to Vanshika at the reception, who was extremely warm, professional, and helpful from the moment we arrived. She made the check-in process smooth and always greeted us with a smile. I would also like to appreciate Ajay, the F&B Manager, for his exceptional service and attention to detail. He ensured everything was well organized and that guests were taken care of at all times. I recently stayed at Crystal Beach Resort, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. While the location is truly phenomenal, boasting beautiful sea views that are hard to beat, several aspects of the resort left much to be desired. First and foremost, the food was a significant letdown. The restaurants offered a buffet with limited options, and the flavors were bland throughout my stay. It was disappointing to find that even the simplest dishes lacked seasoning and creativity, making dining a rather uninspiring experience. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was a major concern. Despite staying for seven days, my room was left dirty, which is unacceptable for any resort. To make matters worse, the towels provided had holes in them and were stained with brown and yellow marks. This lack of attention to cleanliness is something that needs immediate improvement. On a positive note, the resort is kid-friendly, which is a bonus for families traveling with children. However, this aspect also contributed to my disappointment regarding the adult pool. Although it was designated as an adult-only area, there were children swimming, which detracted from the intended atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility that one would expect from an adult pool. In summary, while Crystal Beach Resort has a stunning location and is suitable for families, the lack of quality in food, cleanliness, and the adult pool experience left me feeling dissatisfied. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to enhance the experience for future guests. I must commend Sam, the front desk manager, for his helpfulness and professionalism. He was quick to apologize for the issues I encountered, which was appreciated, but it wasn't enough to make up for the overall experience.
