Really love this hotel. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The gentleman at security took the initiative to help me out by using logic versus having me wait hours to solve something. Kudos to him. Their little market downstairs that’s open 24/7 is awesome. The lay out of the small lobby is well done. The seats by the elevators are great because you can wait for your uber or private car to come you in the winter months as you stay warm. The hotels rooms are comfortable, have everything one can need, and I got lucky with the view. The location is superb. I’ll stay here more often when I come I’m in the city and need a room.

This location of this hotel is really great for many reasons, It’s easy to get to by car or by subway, it’s close to all things midtown but nice to be in more of a low key vibe hills kitchen/chelsea. The room was great. Small for those used to suburban hotels, but not tiny. It was well appointment, clean and had a nice bathroom. Staff was friendly and efficient and I didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked nice The parking was easy one block away and took no time at all to get it when leaving. The one complaint that I have, albeit minor, is that I don’t think I got a “midtown view.” Which paid a little extra for. I had view that was looking south (opposite of midtown) down 10th and 24th. Probably would recommend doing a skyline view as it is not that much more

Perfect location, excellent hotel. Stayed for a few days to be near the convention center. Hotel was exceptionally clean, modern and up to date. The receptionist was fantastic, kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. Our room was well appointed and spacious by city standards. The decor and lighting were functional and attractive. The bathroom and shower were modern and laid out perfectly. Great location, close to the convention center, very safe neighborhood with lots of great dining options.

This hotel although near the Javits Center and Hudson Yard mall, the room are plain and small and definitely not worth the price. More importantly their front desk personnel and accounting employees leave a lot to be desired. I was charged twice for the same room and same night last month due to the fact that they had two of my credit cards on records and every time I have tried to fix this with them on multiple occasions, all they say is we will take care of it. I have even gone to the credit cards companies and advise them of it and they are getting the same issue from the hotel. It’s been a nightmare trying to get one of the two full charges removed. I would not recommend this hotel and I am high on Marriott Bonvoy loyalty system, so this leaves a sour taste in my mouth for the entire hotel brand.

I came to NY for a nice weekend trip and booked this hotel as I wanted to be close to to Times Square without being directly IN it and I usually stay at Marriott hotels. I am VERY big on reading reviews and this one had the best reviews within the location and price point for me. I will say I was NOT disappointed! I traveled via bus and was able to swap my ticket for an earlier time, so in my hotel booking I requested an early arrival. Surprisingly when I arrived (a little after 11a) my room was ready and I was able to check in which was perfect. The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean with no spots or stains (I have had to request new bedding a few times at other high-end hotels). The bathroom was very nice, plenty of towels and had a great view of the Empire State building. The associates at the front desk were extremely friendly and although I didn't need to bother them for much, I observed they were very pleasant with other guests. I would definitely stay here again as the hotel in general was nice and clean and it was located on an easily accessible street (for uber pickups) and plenty of restaurants and bars all within walking distance! Great stay!
