We visited cinnamon hakuraa huraa for our honeymoon. What a beautiful place!! From the very start we were welcomed to the island from the seaplane. The staff are first class nothing is too much trouble. Our housekeeper Naseer (not only a great dancer) but very knowledgeable about the local marine life! We had an over water bungalow (369) and the sharks and rays we witnessed swim by our house every night was amazing! We even had an octopus living underneath us! The room was spotless and the mini bar always stocked. We took advantage of the unlimited laundry which was a god send meaning we have taken back all our clothes washed and ironed! The restaurant we ate at the buffet every evening the food was delicious. Always something different to try and always tasty. The staff again were amazing from being greeted by Rumesh with a smile a wave and a hug to the always smiling Raufa we were always made to feel welcome. Special mention to our waiter during our stay Shifaz again nothing short of excellent nothing to much trouble attention to detail and always a friendly chat about the day the football or the weather these staff are a credit to the place! We have loved every moment of our stay

A wonderful place in the Maldives! The staff are absolutely amazing and always so helpful - the waiters, bartenders, chefs, and the reception team. They are always happy to give advice and help with any question, even the silliest ones :) We enjoyed dining at Manzaru restaurant throughout all 11 days of our stay. Every day, you can try different dishes prepared right in front of you by Anjali and Kelum, who are true masters of their craft and also lovely to chat with. The bartenders, Nandana and Menaka, are the best on the island, especially at Vevu Bar. We also went on a date to a private island for the Sandbank Date experience. The evening was absolutely amazing, thanks in large part to our bartender and true professional, Nandana. The signature cocktails and the wonderful service made our evening truly special. Chef Sameera’s dishes are simply incredible and absolutely delicious. The diving center has an amazing team of professionals who make you feel completely safe in the open ocean, even if you’re the biggest scaredy-cat! Our diving instructor Ahmed was fantastic! I definitely recommend this hotel!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa and can highly recommend this beautiful resort. We were especially impressed by the premium restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious, very varied and of excellent quality. There is something for everyone, and we looked forward to every meal. A very special compliment goes to the entire service team.A special thank you to our favorite members of the staff, Anfali, Kelum and Ansari. You can really feel that genuine hospitality is part of the culture here. The staff are such lovely people and made our stay even more enjoyable. The bungalows and the entire resort are beautiful and very well maintained. The sea around the island is simply a dream for swimming, with crystal-clear water and beautiful, clean beaches. For us, Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa is a wonderful place to relax, switch off and enjoy the Maldives to the fullest. A clear recommendation and definitely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from us!

We had a little problem when getting into the resort. We chose a domestic flight at 11:30am. However, the flight was full (which is okay), and the reservation team forgot to tell us. The result was our transport was rescheduled to 7pm by a domestic flight. Since the team forgot to inform us in advance (they wrote us at 6am the day of the flight, leaving no room to any changes), we have already scheduled speedboat and other transfer to Male for the 11:30am flight. We have arrived to Male at 8am stressed and unsure if we have to wait the whole day for the flight or not. As a pardon, Cinnamon has arranged us a seaplane even earlier than 11:30 (so we did not wait for the flight that long) and they charged us the cheaper price of domestic flight, seeing this misscommunication as their fault. Moreover, they have upgraded our room to the Platinum Beach Bungalov, which was honestly the best thing they could have done. The Platinum island is absolutely amazing. There are way less residents and everything is very private. During our beakfast, lunch and dinner, Hannan, Kelum and Anjali were taking care of us, making us great food and service. They were amazing, always smiling and being genuinely interested in you. I would absolutely recommend Cinnamon to everyone. It is a truly luxurious resort, and they handle problematic situations very well, leaving the customer extremely satisfied.
