Having spent a week at this property I can wholeheartedly recommend without reservation. Our over sea villas were beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Our housekeeper Ibrahim Nassaru was exceptional in attending to our villas at least twice a day and they were kept impeccably clean. The food and beverage service was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. The drinks on offer were premium and the bar staff so attentive. The Food Manager Shervani was so accommodating and he really made my family feel so welcome with nothing being too much trouble. The head chef (A Sri Lankan chap - sorry I forget your name) was also superb. He even took the time to make a special Sri Lankan meal for my family one evening which was truly amazing. Miao from the Thai restaurant was also very helpful and provided us with two exceptional meals (can recommend the sticky mango rice!). The maintenance manager Pradeep was also so welcoming with nothing being too much trouble and taking the time to talk about the resort and teach us a thing or two! Finally I can’t name them all but the waiting staff were always present with a smile and nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you Centara for a truly fabulous vacation.

We spent 10 amazing nights in an overwater villa on this beautiful island and had the best time. We had an uninterrupted view of the sunsets and ocean from our villa which was spacious and elegantly decorated. This island has the most stunning reef and underwater life I have ever seen with living corals, turtles, rays and countless beautiful fish. What makes this place however even better is the staff who are very welcoming and just cannot do enough for you. Thank you Munna for keeping our room tidy and making us feel home with your beautiful decorations that always surprised us in the best way. Thank you Ashish from the Reef restaurant for your continous kindness, smile and remembering our favourite drinks from the 2nd day, we were truly impressed. And Sunny, thank you for your kind words, empathy and support to keep us happy, you are such a nice person. We also joined some trips and the dive center team was always polite and did their best to locate the beautiful creatures of the ocean and made sure we are safe at the same time. Thank you Centara Team, you are the best!

I had a wonderful experience at Centara Grand Maldives on Machchafushi Island. From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were warmly welcomed, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. I accidentally dropped my phone into the sea, and I was incredibly grateful for the assistance provided by Yuva, Tiffey, and two other staff members who helped me retrieve it. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression, and I am so thankful to have my phone back. Special thanks to Isaram for taking excellent care of our room and the thoughtful surprise he arranged for us. The warm hospitality from all the Thai staff and the convenience of your Concierge app made our stay even more enjoyable. One area for improvement would be ensuring that luggage is carefully managed until it reaches the guests at the airport. Unfortunately, my bags were left unattended at the airport transfer, which is something that could be refined. Overall, a wonderful stay with memorable service!

The island is beautiful and the food is very delicious. This place is amazing and beautiful. The club is definitely the place to be and if your are lucky to get Rishard as your host he is amazing and very attentive to your every need. He took amazing care of me and my wife. He really made our whole trip worth while. Amanulla was a superb villa attendant. He took special care to our every need. Would definitely recommend if you get him to be very lucky! Great guy and we appreciated his thoughtfulness.

Long story short: Our entire stay was perfect! When checking in you get access to Centara Concierge App. In the App you find every information you need. You can check all the activities that are available and book them or book tables in the restaurant you wish to eat. Important informations are pushed daily. We spent 10 nights in an overwater sunset club villa. In the villa you find everything you need. From the balcony just a few steps down you find a very beautyful reef. Minibar is refilled twice a day. Houskeeping was done by Mr. Amanulla, who did a really great job! The room was done multiple times a day and everytime he surprised us with lovely decoriations. All the restaurants serve very good food. In the Reef Restaurant everybody will find delicious varied food from the buffet. Also live cooking sessions from pasta, rice or noodles or meat and seafood from the grill was available. Bonus: Live Music by Arlene, a great singer! At Suan Bua you get authentic asian food in big portions. Our favorite Restaurant was the italian style Mare Azzurro. When you like italian food, you will love Mare Azzurro. The Pizza from the stone oven is better than a lot of pizza you find in europe or even italy. Bonus: When you get a table at the seafront, you can watch sharks while enjoying your meal. As a Club Villa guest you also get exclusive access to The Club. We enjoyed the silence there and the relaxing athmosphere. Mr. Rishard and Mr. Sunny did a great job when they served our favorite drinks even before we had to ask for one. Also Tea Time and Canapes were welcomed apetizers in the afternoon. But not only the mentioned by name staff members did a great job. All the staff members in every part of the resort were always very kind and lovely. Another highlight is the housereef in front of the diving center where you may spot turtles, sharks, rays, octopuses, squids, moray eels and of course a lot of other different colorful fishes and corals. This was not our first maldivian holiday but this was far the best experience we‘ve ever made.
