We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of December and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The resort is truly amazing, but what made our stay exceptional was the incredible hospitality of the staff — everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention goes to the Guest Relations team, who made sure we were satisfied with every aspect of our stay. We really enjoyed all the fitness activities and tennis, well organized. The snorkeling experience was outstanding — you can easily snorkel for hours every day and never get bored. There is always something to see, and the marine life is stunning. The resort is child-friendly and popular with families, yet it never felt crowded or noisy. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality options. The cocktails were excellent as well. Overall, this resort offers the perfect mix of entertainment, relaxation, privacy, and luxury. We would absolutely love to come back to this wonderful place again.

Baglioni Maldives was an incredible experience, unparalleled in the travel and resorts I've engaged in from the following respects: --The views😍: every room, every location on the resort, and every moment is highlighted by the spectacular turquoise of the shallow water and the deep blue beyond the reef --The food 😋: the quality, range of cuisines, excellent freshness (from the fish to fruit/veggies it all feels like it's right from the sea and farm/tree), and amazing plating. The buffet is delicious (I was very partial to the Maldivian choices), the restaurants are phenomenal and can stand on their own on most cities. --The room🏝️: the accommodations are so comfortable, the water villas are incredible for their feeling of being on the Indian Ocean and unparalleled views from the bed, deck, or walking to and fro. --The amenities 💆🏼‍♂️: The gym is very well setup and with plenty of options. The spa was wonderful and so relaxing. Sadly didn't get a chance to do yoga but heard good things. The excursions were fun. Highly recommend snorkeling and sandbar Most important: --The service😊: I've never felt so well attended to for any need, with such timeliness it doesn't feel overbearing or lacking, and with such warmth and kindness. It was nice to get to know so many people and their stories and what they love about being at this resort I would highly recommend any traveler. It has enough to be kid friendly for kids who can self-entertain and love you swim. It's so romantic and the beach villas are luxurious and feel private with your own beach. Easy to work with management and staff on requests.

Simply paradise. We stayed at Baglioni Resort Maldives in April 2026, and from the very first moment, everything felt exceptional. The island is absolutely stunning – lush, natural, and beautifully preserved, with a unique jungle-like character that creates a truly authentic Maldivian atmosphere. The service is outstanding: highly professional, attentive, and at the same time genuinely warm and personal. I was traveling with my pregnant partner, and we were truly impressed by how professionally, thoughtfully, and discreetly the staff handled this throughout our stay. It made us feel completely comfortable and in the best hands at all times. The culinary experience is on an extremely high level. Every restaurant impressed with excellent quality, creativity, and consistency – easily among the best resort dining we’ve experienced. The house reef is simply magical. Crystal-clear water, vibrant marine life, and breathtaking underwater scenery right at your doorstep. Snorkeling here feels like entering another world – easily one of the most beautiful house reefs we’ve ever experienced. A special highlight is the dive center: very well organized, professional, and run by a fantastic team. The dives were seamless and unforgettable. Everything here comes together perfectly – nature, service, food, and atmosphere. A place where every detail feels right. We will definitely return.

We stayed at Baglioni for seven nights for our honeymoon, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the airport to the resort, the seaplane transfer was smooth and comfortable. Ivan, who assisted us at the airport and escorted us to the seaplane, was amazing and provided outstanding service. Check-in was easy and comfortable, and Chingiz took great care of us throughout our entire stay, making sure everything was well looked after. The all-inclusive package was one of the biggest strengths of this resort. The minibar was refilled daily, all meals were included, and even in-villa dining was available at no extra charge, which made the experience even more relaxing and convenient. During our stay, we joined several excursions, including snorkeling, a whale shark tour, a sunset cruise, and night snorkeling. The resort itself has a beautiful house reef around the villas, especially near the water villas and jetty. We saw so many fish, sharks, rays, and even a turtle. We were also very lucky to see manta rays and whale sharks during our tour. The dive centre staff and Erma were caring, motivated, and truly passionate about what they do. The service was exceptional. Before checking in at Baglioni, we stayed at another five-star resort closer to the airport, but Baglioni’s service and food were far better than the first resort we visited. Every staff member genuinely seemed committed to providing the best possible service. Upenda provided top-quality housekeeping and was always smiling, which made us so happy. The food at all of the restaurants was very good, especially at Fuego, where the grilled seafood and meat were top-notch. It was also a wonderful place for a private dinner. Yama’s food and service were excellent as well. Thank you also to Jack, who provided wonderful service at Taste every morning and during our special dinner. We also met many friendly guests, which made our stay even more memorable and heartwarming. Thank you to everyone at Baglioni for making our honeymoon so special and unforgettable. We truly hope to come back in the near future!

We enjoyed every second of our stay on this wonderful island. The resort is just a paradise, food is awesome, nature spectacular. It was our first long distance trip with our 5 years old daughter Allegra, she will never forget it and enjoyed it so much, big thanks to the staff that made us feel great all the time - she keeps mentioning Greta and Nittu above all, she’ll never forget you ❤️
